In remarks at the White House Wednesday, Obama said Locke is the right person to continue America's efforts to boost cooperation with China. www.rosettastonediscount-4u.com... He said he can think of no one who is more qualified than Locke.

If approved by the Senate, Locke will be the first Chinese-American to hold the top diplomatic post in China. Locke's grandfather and father were born in China.

Locke is an American citizen , all he stands for is American profit ,even when that conflicts with China's .www.rosettastonediscount-4u.com... So maybe the Chinese people should not hope that this Chinese America can bring something good to them.And i don't think the Chinese-American tie will turns good just by this ......

Obama ? Socialist? Evidently you wouldnt know a socialist if it jumped up and kicked you in the neck! If Obama was a socialist, then every single sniveling worm , sucking up bonuses at banks, and every single American tycoon tyrant, would be stripped of ALL thier wealth, and that wealth would have been redistributed amongst the poorest in society. The filthy lumps of cash absorbing CRAP that are those present on the Forbes list would be destitute and flogged in public daily, for a lack of patriotic philanthropy... lets face it, no one needs billions to live on, and anyone who accumulates those sums without handing out the majority of thier takings to the poor is a dog and a thief.

Obama IS a socialist, he just he just socialises with the rich and wealthy. He takes and takes from us and he gives, and gives to them. Lets just call things what they are, this isn't Capitalism, it's Corporatism.

Sneaky move. Find a Chinese guy. If the Chinese aren't completely stupid, they'll trust him as much as any other ambassador.

Obama is a socialist towards the American people because of the piss poor job he has done at keeping any promises he made to them . However he has paid his business crook buds and associates bribes under the guise of "bailouts" to keep promises to them for getting his inexperienced, over-hyped, token butt into the office of the President of the United States. Obama is nothing more than an obedient dog for the business elite and those whose agenda is self serving and not for the good of the people of this nation. His socialist agenda is indeed such because it serves those in power and those who operate within that echelon of society who could care less about Joe Citizen and if he can put grocerys on the table.
