I thought this was an incredible list of the idiot's and their antics we put in office. I think the American people are being taken for a ride and even worst, I honestly believe that the average citizen has no clue as to how wasteful and corrupt politcans really are. The main stream media does not do the people any service by providing them with these kind of insights.

#1 As 2010 came to an end, 96 departing members of the U.S. House of Representatives (most of them Democrats) awarded millions of dollars in extra pay to their staffers and aides as they closed down their offices. Keep in mind that this was U.S. taxpayer money that was being spent. The Wall Street Journal described what happened this way....

The 96 lawmakers paid their employees $6.7 million, or 31%, more in the fourth quarter of 2010 than they did, on average, in the first three quarters of the year.
#2 If the new health care law is so great, then why is the Obama administration allowing so many organization to opt out of it? According to the Department of Health and Human Services, more than 1,000 organizations have received Obamacare waivers so far.

#3 Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida used $15,551 in federal stimulus money to pay two researchers to study how alcohol affects a mouse's motor functions.

#4 A perfect example that shows just how clueless our leaders are about the deindustrialization of America occurred recently when U.S. Senator John McCain claimed that iPods and iPhones are made in the United States.

#5 Barack Obama recently challenged a group of business and labor leaders to come up with some great ideas for creating more jobs inside the United States on the exact same day that he was pushing hard for Congress to approve the new free trade agreement with South Korea which will send even more of our factories and jobs overseas.

#6 Syracuse professor of psychology Michael Carey received $219,000 in federal stimulus money for a study that examines the sex patterns of college women.

#7 The National Institutes of Health spent approximately $442,340 to study the behavior of male prostitutes in Vietnam.

Source and the rest of the list

I'm gonna star and flag this. I didn't need a list though - I've seen first hand the morons that run this country.

Ah.... the lists begin ... it's like a seedling of political angst just breaking the campaign soil.....

Beginning, as I do, at the begging;
and start, as I must, by starting....

#1 The rich get richer.. what else is new? You think THAT's bad.... if you only knew the jobs they have had waiting for them.

#2 Most of them can't afford it and continue to pay employees... it's a job killer.

#3 Research is too easy to malign.... penecillin was an accident, remember?

#4 He is a detached elite... what do you expect? Do you think people like him actually know anything about Apple Inc.?

#5 Well, according to the S. Koreans, if we want to sell our goods over there, we have to invest by employing some of their people... not saying it was a good idea, but this is the game the elites play. And believe me, they are not happy about the deal at all either... another sign it's not about 'us.'

#6 Ever wonder how much simplification it takes to disparage research.... this much.

#7 No doubt related to the spread of HIV.... but again, research is just too easy to target with these kinds of lists.

#8 Our federal tax code is conceived and created by a private corporation that is subordinate to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank... they in turn own great chunks of the businesses that get the tax loopholes... go figure. It's like an investment pun.... or something. Not funny... just what happens when the corporations simultaneously own the means and medium of exhange.

#9 Consider the extra 79,600 pages the 'wisdom' of the big baby born in 1913... the Federal Reserve Bank.

#10 Considering there are 31,556,925 hours in a year, I can only deduce that number is multiplied by the number of people preparing taxes.... not really that alarming overall.

#11 This one is really a shining moment of Project Management Stupidity.

#12 Wanna really get angry about something?... find out how much of that was paying for military contracts and the wars.

#13 Do you really think they were random citizens of Buffalo? Really? Research again ... too easy

#14 Research... tiresome....

#15 I wonder how much the owner of that business donated (or more likely donated by proxy) to a political campaign.

#16 That would have happened no matter who was in office for those two years.... the political script writers are well aware of that fact.

#17 Research... and?

#18 They are clowns... actors... it's a show... if you are actually gonna believe in them you need to step back and take another look...

#19 The Federal Reserve offers a "list" of candidate(s) that it will accept to the President.... And the President is restricted to that list. It's in the charter.... which Congress repeatedly renews... over and over.... No President since Kennedy has "taken them on" in any way. Eisenhower warned us too - he just didn't realize that the Fed OWNS the military industrial complex... or vice versa... or both...

#20 The only people they are fooling are the investment class.... because the plight of unemployed people in one country does not correlate with profits in a global market. It's regional, therefore of little consequence.

#21 Owls, lizards, newts, lions, tigers, and bears.... Who objected? No one... it was marketed as "infrastructure."

#22 And weren't those bastions of political power happy to get the money....

#23 Dean.... wow ... talk about dredging up the past. Well... actors flub their lines sometimes. I suppose caring what he thinks means he has some kind of influence... does it really?

#24 By taxing us twice as much..... that has to be the expected answer .... "Turnip - Blood = ?"

#25 Yeah... he won the big enchilada... that's what these celebrity politicans do.... I don't expect any less of them. Power drunk whenever the lights are on.... no surprise here...

As much as I enjoy lists... these 'political plants' sprouting up are getting lamer and lamer. It's like the spin-doctors at Madison Avenue and Hollywood haven't figured out that we understand the principle behind them....

We'll see many variations, maligning anyone they can.... it's fun! Keep 'em coming.
