The same studies also show the human population had a bottle neck, perhaps due to an environmental disater, reducing the entire worlds population to less than 2,000 people. We're all related, it's just how far back you want to go.

Once God’s perfect creation chose to sin and reap the consequences things started to degrade, including DNA.

Eventually it was corrupted enough that inbreeding amplified those common imperfections prevalent in each family.
