This is NOT what we are witnessing here!!!!

We are witnessing people who are scared $hitless that are not comfortable in just stating their case/opinion.
It is not enough that they don't "Believe" in something.
The fact that YOU DO somehow threatens them and their fragile world view.
The more people that "Believe", the more these people misbehave because their fragile world view is
under more of an attack.

Have you ever thought about why it is so important for these people to not only disbelieve, but to make sure that WE disbelive also??? If you truely DON't believe something, wouldn't you just laugh it off and not even bother posting???

I said it before and ill say it again. I will be $500 that most people labeled 'skeptics' on this site were believers before and they were able to break free of ignorance. Most of those people are trying to educate the gullible by simply using the process of elimination. There's so many factors that eliminate the possibility of a giant planet that comes close to us every 3600 years.

I see this differently than you do. It is a matter of perspective and opinion. What I see is others who are passionate about stopping the spreading of the disease of the blind believer. It is not a passion for not believing. It is a passion for stopping the rumors being spread to others who will unwittingly continue with the charade.

It is as simple as proving the facts. If you can prove it for a fact, then go right ahead and spread it to others. If you cannot prove it, then stop spreading lies as if they are the truth.

Firstly, I post because I think it is a real shame that people that would be better off and far more productive thinking and acting on far more important matters than a non existent planet about to cause doomsday on earth. Lets call it education...

Secondly, add into that equation, people who come onto this board not knowing about this particular theory, who when reading it start to get unneccesarily worried about it. I post to counter the doomsday ignorance, so that those who are easily worried might have their fears allayed somewhat.

Thirdly, I post because the mission statement and mantra of this site is to "deny ignorance". If I didn't post and let all of these doomsayers have their way, I would not be denying ignorance, infact i would be encouraging it.

Animals are aware of things many times on an intuitive level.
We are all human beings
We all have access to the same information. it is how we interpret that information that is getting us in trouble and at odds with eachother.

It's like I said to Stereologist on the 2012 section too, he and other debunkers seem just as unhealthily obsessed with changing people's opinions to "Nibiru doesn't exist" as those who are determined to say "it does exist".

Me meanwhile, I'm still on the fence and awaiting more. My gut tells me there may be some truth to it but my mind is saying "wait for more evidence, don't jump into one camp just yet"

I know what you mean regarding the 'feeling' but that could be because
of the amount of '2012 Earth-Death' threads that abound this site.
It sometimes seems that we want the world to be dashed next year -just
to prove they were correct1

I find it odd that nobody has come out from any Government, rock Bands,
movie celebs etc, and spoke to the minions about this event... it's all confusing.

ASW - that has got to be one of the better points/questions I have read in quite a while. Seriously, someone "believes" that the life on earth is going to end, or the beginning of the end starts on 3/15 and all they do is jump on a conspiracy site to cast their smug little remarks onto faceless board members...

What a sad life these people must have. If I honestly believed that the end or the beginning of the end was arriving in 10 days I would quit my job, pack up everything I could, and take all of my loved ones with me to the mountains or wherever I thought we would be safest and try to survive. Why waste what remains of your life trying to convince "skeptical debunkers" that they are going to die soon?
