Who is killing the children of the world?

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The bodies of two children -- one stuffed in a suitcase, the other in a duffle bug -- were found Wednesday in a South Florida canal and police divers planned to go back to find more clues, authorities said.

There doesn't seem to be any sign of physical abuse:

Authorities reported no immediate signs of injuries on the bodies, but they were transported to the medical examiner's office for autopsies.

Sadly, no one has even reported the little ones as missing:

The bodies did not immediately match the descriptions of any known missing children, police said.

There seems to be a focus on our world's children...that of death and abuse. I just don't get it. Have we lost what humanity we had??

I only wish that, when these useless bags of flesh are found, I could have just 5 minutes with them...guarantee I could save the state/country a whole lot of money!

That is indeed a terrible thing to have happen. Almost unthinkable. Last night when I read the report in the paper, there was also another story of a mother who was charged with burning her 3 year old child in the stove. The child had suffered head trauma, and as of yet (this morning) nothing had been discovered pertaining to method of death.
I can't help but wonder, WHAT IS GOING ON in the world that things like this are even happening.

In other, nearly equally sickening news, a lock of Justin Bieber's hair was selling on ebay - and was up to 15 grand.

Man questioned in deaths of kids found in canal

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Police said they were questioning a suspect Thursday in the deaths of two children whose bodies were stuffed into luggage and dumped into a canal.

Delray Beach Sgt. Nicole Guerriero said they were talking to Clem Beauchamp. She did not release his age. Neighbors say he lives in a house that police had cordoned off Thursday. She said he has not been arrested or charged. It was not immediately known if Beuchamp has a lawyer.


Investigators say they have tentatively identified the children as siblings but have not released their names or if Beauchamp is related to them. They have said the girl was between 6 and 10 years old and the boy between 10 and 12.

I am so sick at heart that I really don't know what to say. I've heard of more child murder in the last year than I have in all my adult life.

Is there not anything that we, as a whole, can do to stem this tide of pure evil?
