Minor bug that has been around forever

Whenever I forget that I have starred a post and restar it, the screen is no longer centered. Upon investigation, it appears that it is because the error message:

error: you can not rate that post

is written at the top of the document outside of the HTML tag, which wigs out the browser.

It's not a big thing, I know, but just a little annoying.

Also another groovy thing would be to have the server redirect the user back to the post or thread after a star/flag without keeping the "addstar" query string parameters.
