Cult in Milwaukee-Chicago Area

Anyone hear about a Fundamentalist Christian church/cult/whatever forming or existing in the Milwaukee-Chicago area?

So far all I've got is a crazy guy in a station wagon covered in hate speech driving around Milwaukee who's somehow connected to a storefront church in Chicago that has more security guards than parishoners.
