Hoax Or Real?

My problem with this is that the guy is right in a city. How come there are not 2 or 3 other videos or photos taken of this same craft at the same time? And I thnk this guy does this all the time, which means his place in the city should be staked out by others and we should have dozens of photos from the same area of the same ships from different angles.
