Obviously you're delusional. I never said anything about wanting children or even wanting to marry a man. I prefer women as a matter of fact. I was just defending the people that someone like you seems to hate for illogical reasons.

Not everyone has children, and honestly, with around 7 BILLION people on the planet, I imagine that we don't need a ton more babies right now. Acting as if everyone must make babies or we'll die out is really dumb.

I never said we're overpopulated. I said we didn't need to have a significantly larger population. It wouldn't cause any harm to have a slightly lower birth-rate. I mean, you guys act like if gay people are accepted as normal that birth rate will reduce to zero. THAT would be bad, because it would mean that the population would die out. But I guess you forgot that the world was doing fine on a population of millions for most of history. Gay people not producing babies does not cause any harm.

Sorry, it's the argument I get from most people against gays who mention the need for all humans to reproduce and nothing more. After all, our primary goal is to reproduce, just like cells. An endless cycle of reproduction and nothing more significant. What good is intelligence if we don't move beyond the simple ideas of produce more clones?

No one has conclusively proven that homosexuality is caused by chemicals in drinking water.
Animals "committing" homosexuality, still proves it's natural.

I am certainly not promoting homosexuality, only equality. As a straight person, I'm not threatened by them like many of you obviously are.

In the US, it is a very small number... but you should remember this thread from the UK.

It is a question of incrementalism... small steps taken in sequence to produce a desired result:

• Gays want equal treatment in insurance, taxes, visitation, etc.
  
• Gays want the right to be recognized as a legal couple.
  
• Gays want the right to be called 'married'.
  
• Gays want the right to be married in a church.

It reminds me of an earlier example I am intimately familiar with:

• Cigarettes are unhealthy
  
• Cigarettes should not be sold to minors
  
• Cigarettes should not be advertised.
  
• Cigarettes should not be allowed on two-hour or less domestic flights.
  
• Cigarettes should not be allowed on domestic flights.
  
• Cigarettes should not be allowed on any flights.
  
• Cigarettes should not be allowed in public buildings.
  
• Restaurants should have non-smoking sections.
  
• Restaurants can have smoking areas.
  
• Restaurants cannot have smoking areas.
  
• Cigarettes should be taxed heavier.
  
• Cigarettes should have glue inside the paper to make them taste worse.
  
• Cigarettes should be banned from public outdoor areas.
  
• Cigarette smokers should not be hired.
