Strange UFO or floating orb outside my house in South London, England

Focus on cleaning up your flat and stop making fake, troll videos...This is one of the "left behind" dudes btw...

stop indulging him people, its just a street light with bad acting and a poor attempt at scaring us at the end. weve all seen the videos or gif images telling us to watch closely and then at the end we are suprised by something jumping at the camera. nice try tho xD

Can we discuss the subject and NOT the poster, please? I'd like to see more than the words "Troll" and "Hoaxer" coming from y'all. Discussions work much better if posters are polite and remember that they weren't there and complaining that the quality sucks is pointless. Can I just ask a simple question or five ?

1) Are you psychic ? Because when your girlfriend ( or whoever ) tells you to grab a camera and start filming, you are already running around with the camera filming !

2) Why she is saying look at this, when she has a closed curtain in front of her and clearly can't see outside ?

3) Why you are both clearly having a laugh and giggle togeather, at a time which ( if real ) could have been a life changing event ?

4) why the pretend shriek at the end didn't sound like you were hit by a wave of power, more like a fit of the giggles ?

5) Do you also go by the name Bernie ?

I watched the Video many times and sorry but it looks faked. First of all i can clearly hear that you already got the camera out when your wife calls you to the window and ffs why do you not went outside to have a better look at that thing? And finally your scream at the end is a giveaway too. It sounds fake.

Prove me wrong and get some better pictures or a video that shows more then a 3 second UFO but this isn´t enough.

1) My girlfriend has had many psychic experiences, and I too am a firm believer. She called me before the video starts running, and i'd had my camera with me due to filming hands of poker that night.

2) In our house you can see through the gap in the blinds through her angle, we didnt pull the blinds open because honestly, I didnt want whatever it was noticing us.

3) We had smoked, however our personalites are always upbeat and jovial, i have watched it again and its probably excitement coming out mixed with curiosity.

4) I'd describe it more as a yelp, however embarrasing it sounds im not going to edit the video just upload what I got.

5) I am not Bernie, I am Dave.

I also understand that this is a shoddy video, however with a combination of a cheap camera, complete darkness and the surprise I cannot see how I could've gotten better, and I am very disappointed myself.

Has anyone else in the London region seen anything like this in the last couple of days?

I live near london......i have many street lights that look like yours so yes i have seen this before MANY times when its dark outside

If you live in south london you are directly under Heathrow and Gatwick flight paths.....south london is full of crime so its also not a surprise to see police helicopters hovering looking for crims.

I could take a vid like this EVERY single night of the week because im near the M11 and police choppers are always hovering near the motorway.

There will always be the people that will believe any rubbish purely because they have blind faith in this subject...use logic people!!

Okay, lets discuss the content of the video. The street light looks amazing at night, because it is on. It is lighting the street and sidewalk so that people driving cars may see better, and pedestrians may also be able to see better at night.

The video is shockingly poorly done and attests to something "paranormal" or "alien" but yet there is nothing but a streetlight. Even the believer (me) is not impressed with the footage.

Is this a hoax? No. Not at all. A hoax is: a deliberately fabricated falsehood made to masquerade as truth.

This my friend is a joke. It doesn't even attempt to masquerade as truth in the slightest.

Goodness, there is another light which is what the OP is referring to, not the street light. The OP agreed the video is not so good. The OP is also VERY OBVIOUSLY looking for answers and wanting to discuss it. Why is this difficult to understand?

There are lights besides the streetlamp. Did you read his post AND watch the video? Doesn't sound like it.

I saw NOTHING in his words or in the video that said "Paranormal" or "Alien". I believe he said UFO or orb. Here we go again with the ridicules threads making it to the front page of ATS with a 34 sec clip of nothing, unbelievable, I don't get it. There's so many more interesting stuff on here and they put this kind of crap on the main page. What is this a joke? Oh, I know, it's a relative of one of the top mods on this site. Or they just like to get peoples hopes up for nothing.

Awfully hard to tell in the video because of the low light. What was the weather like? If there was a low pressure system present and the humidity was not too high it could have been ball lightening. I saw one when I was a kid rolling right down the gravel road we lived on back in 1948. I was watching my bedroom window at night and there it went at about the speed of a dog running. It looked about four feet in diameter and was evenly bright in a diffused kind of way. They can either roll or stand still but they remain until they discharge.

I've downloaded the vid and lightened it in Premier Pro. It's a streetlamp. The "gravitational force" you felt was the force of your own Fail. Good day, sir.
