UFO? on Russian? Radar

This looks VERY interesting!!!!!
anyone translate what's going on?
(on youtube about an hour ago)

The only info i could get off the YT link was this:

Radar system has demonstrated the speed of the object 9800 km / h, and the height of 19,780 meters. He changed direction instantly and did not send any indefikatsionnyh no signals, and a secondary radar pointed object by default as the number 00000. Hmm! seems like there's not much info on the previous threads, i'll have to check up on this one seeing as there was an attempted debunk, yet it didn't seem to get or crave attention like an anw hoax.
