I'm in recovery, so I know a drug addict when I see or hear one. that guy is either high on some stimulant like coke, speed, or is bi polar. That is too bad that his show got canceled over that though. Is he too big of a star for Alex Jones to but in and let him know you can't curse on mainstream radio? When Joe Rogan did it a few months ago Jones blew up on him... Is he too big of a star for Alex to try and go to break or something? Unless that rant was a joke, kind of like Joaquin Phoenix on Letterman a few years ago, Charlie Sheen seems like he isn't in a good place, and he definitely didn't do any favors for the truth movement. Maybe Alex let it go on because he knew that it would probably get a lot of attention, therefor more hits at his sites, which makes sense, but at the expense of someone he says he considers a good friend?

Alex Jones: "When I was at your house, I have never seen you so energized. So full of fire....". Alex, I hate to blow your image of Charlie, but that is not healthy behavior he is exhibiting. That's full blown mania mixed with a few happy pills. Charlie's family needs to get Jones away from him fast. Jones is using him for publicity and to fill his overblown ego. Jones only has visions of money dancing in his head.

I don't really know what to say.
Maybe I'll just split things up since I'm really torn here.

Sheen::

Good Points:
-Freedom of Speech is Good
-Standing up to jerk Hollywood producers is great.
-He seems somewhat sane.
-I'm glad he doesn't care what people think.

Bad Points:
- The Egotism is a Turn Off
- His language is really, well extreme.
-He seems somewhat not sane.
- People are gonna flip over this.
-Cost him his show

AJ
The Good :
-Alex bit his tongue several times
-Alex kept trying to change the subject to something important, although it doesn't work.
-Alex was nice about things.
-Ratings hike

The Bad:
- Alex bit his tongue several times

- Alex is gonna feel the fallout from this with his own listeners
-Ratings hike


Oh and didn't they both pretty much say that the actual reason that Sheen went to the hospital a few weeks ago was over a Hernia or something?? Rather than drinking? And the media made it all up about the drinking causing it? Yes/No? It was really hard to tell because Sheen is just flippin out and he is hard to follow half the time.

Which is confusing.
I can't really tell if this is just Sheen being pissed or, if it's just him on drugs really pissed.
Either way we just saw a "nuke". The blast was enormous. The fallout will cover a large area.

And was it true that 2.5men made 5billion $ revenue so far?
If so, a million per episode is crap pay.

Anyone able to answer any of those questions or verify any thing?

Because, its free advertising that gets LOTS of hits, (kinda like when athletes wear brand name apparel) whether its negative or positive doesnt matter, the fact is that celebrities have a following and what they say gets covered.

Randy Quaid

Charlie Sheen is a narcissistic delusional Idiot that doesn't understand the concept of his existence. It was created by someone else for him to serve a purpose which is to entertain the masses which he refers to as Ugly and stupid. It's not like he came from a poor working class family from middle America to hollywood on a bus and started his career from there on 5 bucks and a smile. He didn't and hasn't had to work hard for anything in his life. His Dad, an already famous actor because of his good looks made sure his sons had a head start into the business. Most of his work has been "created to suit his personality and talents"...Which aren't much. He will never win an oscar, though he should for his performance on the Alex Jones show as someone trying to sound credible and sane. I'm going to use the example by Chris Rock (who is really funny) about rich people and wealthy people. Charlie is a rich person who gets his cheques signed by a wealthy person........Those same wealthy people he called ugly and stupid and insulted their families and children. I'm thinking that when the money runs out he will have a whole different perspective on life....If he lives that long. I would predict that he will probably kill himself like the moral coward that he is instead of having to face that moment in his life where his scorecard reads zero and all those goddesses and idol worshipers like Alex Jones have left him long ago. And AA won't take him back either. The fact that he attacked an organization like that that has saved millions of lives and saved families from sheer destruction is beyond reason. Ok, so you don't like AA..Leave them alone..It's not a perfect organization and neither is any other organization like that!!! Like I said..A delusional narcissistic Idiot.......

Sorry, but I think Charlie Sheen was definitely "on something" when he made that rant on Alex Jones' show. Indeed, from listening to the way Jones interacted with Sheen, even Jones felt taken quite aback by what Sheen just said.

I think Charlie Sheen needs a good, long stay in a sanitarium to wean him off his abuse of controlled substances and get help with whatever psychological issues he's suffering from--he's already the laughingstock on from commentators of every political persuasion, to say the least. And Sheen should seriously consider staying out of show business for at least two years so he can get some sense of real sanity back for a change.

Why AJ brought him on the show to begin with is the better question.

CS has been on a tirade for the past few weeks, being in the center of a scandal and has a very erratic lifestyle.

If AJ had any sense of good judgment (Which i think he doesn't have anyway) he should have not brought him on the show and should have alienated himself from CS.

But of course, as AJ always is... discredits himself with his character, and his judgment... which is why people never take him seriously.

Now i know why the PTB keep him around... he makes REAL conspiracy theorists look like idiots.

Im just saying what i think, and what is probably the case.

Satanism exists and its a philosophy, rather than what most people think of it as.

And given his antics and his defence of his antics, in addition to the star pin on his jacket which is decidedly inverted to reflect his mentality, it isnt that strange a suggestion.

Yes but their dopamine levels do and end up ,well...Psychotic,dilerious,in a wheelchair or dead,check it out.Honestly we are all chemical beings,to much of one,to little of another and...figure it out.Infact a person won`t even know they are psychotic.Imagine somebody like that getting into power,Hitler anybody,crash and burnn...

Some of it was jokes but the way he was talking you couldn't tell at times.

Some of it I think was meant for very specific listeners too . . . like one or two of the people annoying him this week. What people don't realise is weekday what goes on in the background with * stars*. They have the money to live out every fantasy or whim. People can't secure millions of dollars of funding without a pay or play contract under your name.

A pay or play contract is when a producer or studio pays to connect a talents name to a production. If the production doesn't get made by certain date ... Bang talent gets paid anyway. That's a stupidly big ego boost.

Can anyone here say that with that money and power they would be perfect? Is your darkest fantasy okay to be show to public? I got nothing against Charlie or Mel. They are your representatives. The loud mouth braggart at the bar ... What would you be like as Charlie? How about that single controversial opinion you had? You've always thought women should wear more and oxfam was full of it. You with the porn pictures in the other browse window ... Would you buy that porn star? What would your parents think? Stuff it you got millions and you're bring true to yourself.

It's easy to look up at what you can't have and say you could do it better but what you're likely looking up at is a reflection of yourself gone public.

I'm sorry. My dad loves 2 and 1/2 Men. I guess it has some funny premises.

But, at the end of the day, it's just another occasionally funny television serial that is distracting, run in syndication until you can no longer escape it, and, like so many other shows in this nation, includes a laugh-track, the most idiot-creating concept known to man.

I'm sure I noticed the laugh track in my teens, but did not really become offended by it until maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I realized, hey, "This show isn't funny (not 2&1/2 men, but any show)...I'm only smiling/giggling/chuckling because the damn laugh track is making me."

I swear, if there was anything to tear apart about television as part of some conspiracy, it would be the all-out ease with which the laugh track renders a living room fully of family or friends into complete fools, with little intelligent dialog necessary.

Not meaning to de-rail the thread, the following is my tie-in with Charlie Sheen:

If he is such a truth-seeker, why does he kowtow to this foolishness? Is it that you cannot attain a level of exposure so as to be a proponent of alternative views/conspiracy theories unless you play the rules of the game (i.e., using the master's tools to dismantle his house)? Or is that a cop out? It may be necessary for real change that we abandon even the media and celebrity as vehicles of exposing truth, the same media and celebrity that are part of the problem.

From what I heard in that interview Mr. Sheen did two things:
1) he lost his mind
2) he found a giant stash of coc aine

With that being said I think Alex Jones comes out of that looking worse than Sheen. He's bragging about being Sheen's friend but allows him to continue on with this odd rant past the point where any friend should. He also comes across as a star struck lap dog, never confronting or questioning any of Sheen's ramblings. A friend would give him an out, would seek to spin things in a less harmful direction or just cut the interview short. Jones did none of this & simply sounded like a buffoon laughing uncomfortably now and then & never seeing in control over that in any way.

A Charlie Sheen is a creature that has a body made up of illegal substances, has wife beating running through it's veins, and has a sex addiction to go along with it's egomania. It's a common creature in the media industry.

None dare bother hunting such a creature since it always suicides in the end, sometimes it terminates the life's of others that happen to be in the room before terminating it's self.

Such creatures are also replaced by younger versions of itself until it self destructs too, the cycle is endless.

I think Charlie Sheen is a great comic actor.

I don't care what substances he uses. He does great shows.

He is doing his own thing. He has never hurt anyone (well, maybe psychologically) but not intentionally.

We all have to survive in this world somehow.

This guy is hugely famous and has had a probably difficult life - give him a break.
