UFO over Brazil [HOAX]

I just came across this video and found it to be very interesting indeed. If it is real, it would be one of the best videos out there. I am no video analysis expert, so I cannot be definitive about the authenticity of the video. Lets hear what fellow ATS'ers have to say.
Also, I can never get videos to embed on here, so if someone could help me out with that feel free. Here is the youtube link:

Wow. Very good footage. Any background info you could find would be awesome. It is a bit hard to tell if it is in front of the cloud or behind it.

When you are posting a thread or post, there are lots of little boxes above where you are writing. Click the vid:youtube box, and paste the numbers/letters that you copied into it.(sorry, I am not fantastic at explaining this, I hope you understand it lol!)


At first it kind of looked like one of those blimp things, but then my mind boggled when I seen the flashes.
I am far from being any expert so, will be eagerly watching this thread.

It looks "re-creatable" which is better than just saying it is fake I think. More info is needed, thanks for bringing it here for dissection.

It looked fairly real until the footage of it disappearing. Unfortunately that didn't look real, but hey who am I to call this a hoax?

Whoa! That's one hell of a awesome vid.
At first I'm thinking it's gotta be faked.

However normally these little faked clips are around 30 seconds in length.

The question to ask here is. Are any of those effects in current 3d modeling/editing effects programs.
That should answer the question of fake or not.

I do like the sparks that fall to the ground. reminds me of lightning over the bay in miami during a storm.
After the lightning strikes you see that residual energy fall.

Here is a screen cap from the vid sharpened a bit. Something in the flashing part of the video looks fake to me but thats just my first impression here .

Good find ! I´m just wonderining why the other traffic is not slowing down whilst passing the people filming. If I saw 2 -3 people shouting pointing and filming in a direction I´d probably want to know why ?.

More embellishments by the makers....more added CGI effects, just as seen in many, many, many other such hoaxes....



Welcome to the 21st century. Gee, did anyone else notice all of the other vehicles stopping to look, in "amazement", at this alleged "object" putting on such an obvious show....in broad daylight??

Total fail. (But, will continue, as usual, to fool those "true gullible believers").....

hm...did the cameraman have an appointment with ET? How did he know when and where to start shooting before the ship revealed itself?
