What is this? it's obviously a reflection of some kind... but reflection from what? is this evidence that their are structures on the moon? sorry if this has already been posted... www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCoS5ntpdXk

I can't open the link .

It would be good to see the video as I have now not seen the moon for over a week. This has mainly been due to cloud cover, but even during clear spells, I have not seen the moon.

How bizarre!!!

maybe its just an illusion?? the spot is surrounded by darker areas and maybe the spot seems brighter than it actually is... but how come we've never seen this spot before?

looks like camera and lighting illusions probally due to the fog that is easily seen rolling thru, other spots at times seem just as bright as the spot your trying to show.

i really see nothing special here.

I'm sure that it's the Aristarchus crater. It's a bright crater located in that region.

yep, when i saw that last night i knew the sun had a good angle on it but, it is a new deal...
i never noticed it that bright before
