There are quite a few interested parties are there not..

I was not trying to point fingers at Oxy (13K out of a 250k is a relatively small percentage) but given BPs hype in the press at the moment I was trying to open up discussing who really is impacted by this! I suspect they will be the ones trying to pull strings to make things happen "their way".
