Funny all of these things seems to be comming from every angle as of late.

Here is a list of events over the past few years, up til current ones.

1.Natural disaster, and weird extreme weather patterns have increased significantly in the past decade.

2.The sun is waking up from a deep solar minimum, and had its first X class flare last week.

3.The USA government, has been building underground bunkers across the country, and many of the elites, have already paid for their place in them.

4.The economy has taken many turns for the worse, and we have a fake economic recovery going on. We are led to believe we are in recovery, when really, its ponzi scheme.

5.Evidence of the economy being this way, is the unrest in the middle east. It all started because food prices soared 10 to 20% overnight. 17% in Egypt alone.

6. Because of the unrest in the middle east, Egypt sucessfully overthrew the government. The new government allowed Iran to move warships through the suez canal, since 1979.

7. This has caused Israel to be very mad at Egypt. The USA has sent its own warships to block the path of the Iran ships, which are due to pass through the canal tomorrow.

8.40 out of 50 states are near bankruptcy, the protests happening in Wisconsin, are only the beggining. A government shut down looms on March 4th, if the house can't pass a budget bill.

9. Fema, recently bought 140 million meals, and seems to be gearing up for a major event.
10.This issues in the middle east, is also causing oil prices to spike, which will also cause the economy, everywhere, to crash, as the price of oil goes up, the more jobs are lost.

11. Two months ago, a comet was detected. The name is Elenin. It's trajected path, is a very near miss with earth in september of this year. Whether it is dangerous or not, we don't know.

12.There is an airport in Colorado. Denver "new world" airport. It contains murals on the walls the show unimaginable things, such as end of the world scenarios. Dead babies, dead women, nature going extinct and so on. This airport also has an underground bunker the size of a city. Proof of this, is by the huge debris field of rocks and soil, near the airport. There is also huge farming fields, of every kind of crop, mere miles from the airport. If you decide to look this airport up for yourself, you will be shocked at what you will find out about it. It speaks for itself.

13.There has been a lot of talk about a pole shift lately. Evidence of this is true. Airports have been adjusting runway coordinates, and boaters, and gps users have had to adjust as well. The poles have been accelerating from canada towards siberia, at over 40 miles per year. It used to be a much slower rate. This could also be a factor for my next two points.

14. Birds, fish, and other migratory animals have been dying off in massive numbers, with unexplainable causes.

15. The bees have been disappearing for the last 4 years, at a steady rate of decline. Scientists only have theories as to why they are disappearing. One of them being, that the magnetic field has messed up the bees rader, so when they fly away from their nest, they forget how to get back because their sense of direction is wonky. So the bee then starves to death.

16.Global warming, is not just happening on earth. It is also happening on all of the other planets as well. So it is not a human caused problem, it is being caused on a galactic scale, by forces unknown.

17. Three days ago, scientists believe to have discovered, a new planet. It's name, is Tyche. They have NOT confirmed this discovery, but if it does exist, they believe it orbits the sun 375 times farther away than pluto does. But they also believe this planet to be up to 4 times the size of Jupiter. Until it is confirmed or not, we cannot know if it is any danger to us.

18.I have an uncle, that is a stock broker. He has had several very rich clients tell him that they are building bunkers of their own, because they believe one of two things. They believe the economy is going to completely collapse, causing anarchy. Or, they believe a major earth changing event is coming in the near future. Many have said this event will occur in 2012. However, most have said that it could be sooner. Oct. 28th 2011 seems to be a popular date. But this is just theory, and cannot be proven. The fact is, they have actually told my uncle about building bunkers..... So if that doesn't raise alarm bells, I don't know what does.

19.The 9/11 terrorist attacks were an inside job. And the only argument I need to prove this 100%, is to tell you that, it wasn't two towers that fell on 9/11. There were three. Research Building 7. Watch it collapse on youtube. It was never hit by a plane.

20. Open top of the usa buidling underground bunkers across the country, there was also, what they call, a doomsday seed vault. But into a mountain, in norway. It is large enough to hold billions of seeds, of all kinds of crops. Tell me, why would that even exist in the first place, if they didn't expect something major to happen?

There is no harm in being aware and prepared. Because when things do happen, you will certainly regret being lackadaisical.

In a way I'm glad I meandered on into this thread. In a way I'm not. For the past few weeks I've been getting awfully strong feelings that we are getting close to something catastrophic for the world. I want to say that it's just because I'm on ATS every day and that I might be absorbing too much "negativity" from threads and maybe the riots over in the middle east...a lot of people will wholly agree with that. But I don't exactly buy into that. I have a pretty good head on my shoulders (or at least I like to think), I usually don't get myself worked up over reading stuff online or a riot or two (even a fatal protest like in Libya) - but I just cannot get off the notion that something bad will happen soon. Something that gives me the feeling that the people who aren't prepared (food/shelter wise) are going to be in huge trouble. So, regarding the OP here, I'm glad I read your thread to get that off my chest. The way that I'm not too glad is because, One: I'm that much more freaked out. And two: now everyone who comes in here has to see this huge clump of text that really probably means nothing. My apologies, but can anyone else at all relate? I agree with the OP...things seem to be rolling along steadily and I just wonder how long before it's too late to avoid complete turmoil...

Anyone remember Project Camelot? A Norwegian politician wrote a open letter about underground bunkers and tunnels in Norway. Somebody called it BS and so on.. and some of the things the politician described in the letter sounds "out of this world". But why wouldn't Norway build underground bunkers, bases and tunnels etc? A pole shift is a change in the rotational axes. Changes in the magnetic field orientation have been happening since the position of the poles was first determined.

Seed vaults are common. All seed companies have them. This was not the first seed vault to be built. Seed vaults have been built for thousands of years. The purpose of the new ones to ensure a large genetic diversity is important with all of the large scale agro businesses using nearly identical crops planted across the globe.

The one thing that is building up to be huge is the issue of riots in Islamic countries and soon food riots.

I believe economy is going to completely collapse later this year...

I have lived through the eyewall of Katrina and failed attacks from looters. Many other things. I have food, ammo, water enough to last a year or more. I have everything I need, even renewable energy.

I will be fishing in my catfish pond with a belt strap of buckshot if it all falls apart. I will have my Ham handy, and my shortwave running, so bring it on.

Nothing is going to happen anytime soon that will END us though. Something may happen in 2012, but if you can't stop it, why dwell on it, just prepare and put your game face on and be ready to do some things you may not want to.

Depends what you mean by near. If you mean something like the distance between Earth and the Moon, then you are right. But for a comet, in general, it is a close one. 0.24 AU



Here's a chart of the top 20 biggest comets. Notice the dates. It is not the closest one, but a comet coming 0.24 AU of the Earth is still relatively close. And it is a big one. Even though the size is not official, some estimates that it could go well beyond 10km long. Massive.

Yes it does. But you are unable to connect the dots, so for you it doesn't mean anything. A comet falling on Earth on December 20th 2012 wouldn't be connected to 2012 to you. And it's an inside job, indeed. Try to debunk this and you'll lose all of your remaining credibility. Why won't the government declassify the security cams that are supposedly "clearly showing a plane hitting the Pentagon"? Because they have something to hide.

As for the OP, I would add the collapsing of the Heliosphere as a big indicator that something is afoot. The Heliosphere is supposed to protect most of the planets from cosmic rays and such. Last time the Sun shifted its poles, the Heliosphere didn't respawn properly. Right now, it's there, active, but it doesn't filter the cosmic rays as much as it used to. The reason I mentioned 9/11 having to do with something in the future is because that changed the world. It set off a series of events, started two wars, for what purpose? Where is it going? 9/11 happened for a reason, maybe to cause the future collapse of the economy. So add 9/11 to the pile wasn't exactly out of place, it was an observation.


Zagari, I am a skeptic about timewave. Not about other things, you don't know me as well as you think you do. I'm not blind to whats going on in the world, I just don't believe you can predict everythings thats going to happen, by staring at a line on a graph and living in fear every time it dips. But about 2012, or at least, a major change coming in the near future, I've always believe in that. I don't see a future for humans on earth in 50 years from now, we're all screwed. So sooner or later, a major change has to occur. Could be this year, could be in 2020, it doesn't really matter does it?

The image shack photo does not appear to show anything other than a change in temperature. It does not show natural disasters or weird weather patterns. Also, the source of the data is not shown.

In these images you posted you showed a graph and no label for the vertical axis. What is the vertical axis. Also, what is the source of the data.

The third image does show what is pertinent. It shows a plot properly labeled and the source of the data. Notice that the only large increase is in the blue line. That is the hydrometeorlogical line. That is definitely increasing. That increase is due to the increasing human population and man's effects on the landscape that are leading to increased floods. This is a human caused problem.

Floods are increasing in intensity and in frequency due to the actions of man. Construction, deforestation, poor agricultural methods, etc. have led to these problems. That is well documented.

The 4th image is not broken down into categories. Again, the increase in disasters is due in part to the increasing human population that has pushed more people into living areas that are prone to disasters such as people living in flood plains or people living higher up on volcanic slopes.

The comet is not coming that close to Earth. It is above the ecliptic when it passes Earth on the way out. The Earth is unlikely to even pass through the tail. At 10km this is a large comet. The largest are in the 40km range.

That's laughable to consider the artist not a good reference. Who is a good reference, the mutton heads commenting on the artwork? That's like saying the critic know more about a book than the author. That's like saying that the speaker knows less about the talk than the listeners.

The DIA claims are made to make the hoax of Niburu look respectable. I had not heard all of these nutty claims before. A place called Mt Blanca is obvious Mt Blanc in France. Do you know how many White Mtn ranges there are in the US?

Thanks for the abstract on bees and geomagnetism. That was a great link. Much appreciated. I should point out that the article does not claim they use the magnetic field for guidance. It says that the magnetic field affects the behavior of the bees in the hive, not outside. It affects dances in the hive, the orientation of the combs, and their circadian rhythms.

I did not know that bees were able to detect magnetic fields. They do not use the magnetic field for guidance. They use the position of the sun. Still their behavior is affected by the Earth's amgnetic field in subtle, but detectable ways. I did not know that and I thanked you for showing me something that is quite interesting.

It is rather apparent that your claims of global warming are at best a premature announcement. The data is not there and the available information says that there are other well known explanations for all of these issues.

That's a wacko comment. Cosmic rays are much too energetic to be stopped by the tenuous gases in the solar system.

Cosmic rays have been proven to upgrade DNA, according to a russian study.

Is this the same wacko place that claims that DNA has micro wormholes associated with it? Sorry, cosmic rays are more powerful than the beams we can created in accelerators. They do not upgrade DNA or anything else for that matter.

According to the table comet Elenin is not coming close. A distance of .24AU is pretty far away, over 22 million miles away.

It is far in terms of what we think in normal distance measures, but .24AU is closer than the distance from Earth to Mars.
While I don't think this comet is going to have an effect upon the Earth, we musn't shy away from the fact that 22 million miles in an astronomical sense, is in our backyard. It is closer than Shoemaker-Levy and we saw what that did to Jupiter.

Any idea if this new comet will become pulled toward our bodyguard as well?

I agree that "close" has meaning which is dependent on context. I was thinking more in terms of affecting the Earth. In terms of the size of the solar system it is definitely close.

Shoemaker-Levy didn't make it to Earth. Doesn't qualify as a close approach. Neither does Elenin, really.

I did not say Shoemaker Levy made it to Earth, nor did I say that we were going to be affected by any comet.
I disagree with your assessment that 22 million miles is not close. That is all. Unless of course we're talking about loading up the truck and driving there. Other comets having had a closer approach does not lessen or increase the 22 million miles we're talking about. I was only saying that we could see the impact upon Jupiter from Shoemaker-Levy. Being able to see a comet break apart and fall toward Jupiter means it is in fact close enough for us to think about what would happen in the event one were headed toward us. I guess this newly discovered comet will not be captured by Jupiter? Excellent. I'd actually much rather see it in the night sky.
