Classified Events?

Was flipping through the channels and looked at the history channel and there was a show on later about the secret stuff Presidents are told. Well they listed nuke codes, secret events and secret projects. The first and last I get, but the one in the middle confuses me a bit.

I think what is meant be secret events are things like classified test firing of new missle technologies, intelligence on gatherings of terrorist groups and events like that happening around the world. Sounds like an interesting program though, I am going to look it up and see when it is on.

Overthrowing governments, recovering crashed UFO's, human experiments without consent, environmental and social disasters kept out of the media. Just your usually day to day stuff when running a country.
