UIDAI To Begin Collecting Biometric Data

I found this to be interesting and somewhat frightening. UIDAI stands for Unique Identification Authority of India. The census is going to collect biometric data, fingerprints, iris scans, etc, from all citizens . Then each person will receive an unique identification number (UID).

This is an awful development, and terrifying for those of us who mistrust the oncoming centralized control matrix.
