Welcome to the community. I recently visited San Diego for a week on business and loved it. I couldn't believe the cost of housing over there. My friend's "average" house just 20 minutes north of SD has an $880,000 mortgage. I think he said it was 2,200 square feet. If you ever have any questions feel free to U2U me.

Thanks guys! I'm still trying to get the hang of this avatar thing, but I'm get it sooner or later! Yes.. I knwo this site is totally addicting. I love it though! And as for the cost of housing in San Diego... it ridiculous! I'm about 25 minutes north of the city and average prices are in the 6 to 700,000. Talk about crazy.
