Hello,

I'm a longtime lurker of ATS. I am a female who is fascinated by conspiracy theory, an American, and a Democrat. I decided to join ATS because several strange things have been happening to and around me. I am a friendly person who has decided to participate rather than lurk. I am a former moderator on another (non-conspiracy related) forum as well.

I hope my participation is welcomed.

Thanks very much for the welcome. I am a participant on other (non-conspiracy related) message boards and will comply gladly with your guidelines. I don't want to give out too much about myself here, but I am a late-20s female, in the private sector in the Western USA, I enjoy travel, dry humor, history, art, cooking (if there's an ATS potluck in my area, I'd be pleased to bring a dish) and ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the topics covered by ATS. My parents used to think I had a screw loose when I would tell them about certain dreams I had regarding various aspects of the paranormal. I will start a thread about my childhood nightmares once I have participated more. Overall, however, I'm a political geek with a dose of skepticism. I am disinclined to argue. I have friends who are the highly argumentative type of conspiracy theorist. I'm not sure if any of them are on ATS.

I look forward to learning more from all of you!
