House votes to cut off funding for Planned Parenthood

I would rather see us fund this important issue rather than spend Trillions upon trillions to feed the poor and bring in our troops to police the region and fight against child soldiers. We never should have funded the countries that would not pick up where we left off prior to us stopping these programs.
