Ok, how do I find "My Library" ? Jeez I wish I wasn't a dinosaur.

My Lizard brain figured it out, Tools would be on my PC and Pics too but this horrific new Windows 10 I have is like a labyrinth to customize I hate it so inserting Pics will take a while.
Ok got the image but when I hit the "Import image from your Library" icon I don't know what to do?








Pardon my French why, now HOW the .... do I find my Library?
At home I can find my library, I would be lost with out my One thousand plus books, where is it here?
