I hate drunk drivers with a passion. I hope they are too traumatised to ever get behind a wheel again. After hearing your best friend screaming and crying after being told her younger brother had been killed in a car accident with a drunk driver it sticks in your head the damage they can do.

When sirens and lights are not enough, use bumper.
