True.

Now tell the nice people just how tiny some of that debris really is and they're still able to track them. Hint some are as small as a thumbnail....

Russia has 'secret space warplane' to match US X-37B

Russia has claimed that it too is working on an unmanned pocket spaceplane similar to the US military's mysterious X-37B roboshuttle, dubbed a "secret space warplane" by the Iranian government.

I wonder what theirs will be deploying..

Stay tuned.

And a piece the size of a thumbnail will leave a nice dent in your spaceship

If they track every "thumbnail" size piece of debris then how did they recently lose the x37 for a fair while..??

I thought NASA said they lost track of it..

Nah if you reread all the articles it refers to either amateur or other non Government space object trackers. Maybe some in NASA not in "The Know" may have been unaware but it was programmed by somebody to do what it did.

Wonder what it really did up there..?

Well it went up for quite few days and was lost twice.
Could just be a test flight or it could have deployed stuff

I wonder how they lost it..
I know in the moon hoax thread one of the arguments relates to apollo missions never leaving earths orbit but the skeptics say that's impossible because it would have been tracked by earth based astromomers..

It cloaked or changed orbit suddenly to get outta the eyes of watchers you know it wouldn't be to hard to hide out for a quick sec out there in space word has it it's got plenty of well space lol...why would it surprise you that they supposedly lost track when it's mission was classified? Did you think they would say no we can't tell you about the mission and what it's gonna be doing only to let everyone on earth watch it..what's the point of that?

I was just searching around for amateure astronomers and secret satellites and I came across this interesting site. There are many links and photos of the shuttle and ISS. I thought that this interesting and I wanted to share. There is alot of info on this link regarding tracking satellites and a little of everything.. I am still looking for the amateur astronomer finds a secret satellite link though.

Well 'lose' is a relative term... it just had to make a pickup

I have always had a keen interest in laser weaponry ever since I took a brief job at a shop that did laser machining over a decade ago (there's truly nothing more awesome than watching a high-powered laser - even if only in a civilian machine shop - chewing thru metal like the proverbial hot knife thru butter!). It totally blew my mind when I started to do web searches on laser weapons, because I expected to pull up a bunch of links pertaining to sci-fi movies and such, but surprisingly the vast bulk of what I have continued to find has to do with the very real laser weapons that are being developed mostly by the US military.

I have a daily Google alert that searches the phrase "laser weapons" and "directed energy weapons" and this is what it pulled up today:
www.wired.com...

Here's another from the same source on the Pentagon's black budget:
www.wired.com...

This is also an interesting read, though it is a bit dated:
csat.au.af.mil...

Just going thru my huge wealth of bookmarks I've collected over the years on these sorts of things (that is, what disorganized remnants I managed to archive online before my computer crashed and took my neatly organized collection with it), here are some more interesting things I pulled out of my personal bookmark archive:

Not quite the caliber of some of the 4 legged 'bots in the Transformers films but still pretty amazing:
csat.au.af.mil...

This paper is 10 years old but still has some interesting scenarios:
www.au.af.mil...

Some of these are long reads but still worth checking out. It's also pretty surprising what info you can find that is declassified. I haven't done any heavy-duty data mining recently (other than the automatic daily alerts) so I'm a little out of date but I do try to keep up with this sort of thing, especially that pertaining to lasers and electromagnetic weapons and to a lesser degree the robotics.

Thank you Slayer for this fascinating and eye opening look at the progression of space weaponry through the years. It is clear that the United States is setting a precedence for their space 'mihgt' if you will. Also other nations but the US seems to have been working to this moment harder than the rest. You research is much appreciated, S+F!

During the shuttle missions several were DoD and a few of them have still to this day classified return weight. You can look that up on Wikipedia even. So they brought something back down.

One of my insiders who holds several top secret patents told me about a substance that had to be manufactured in space... that substance was made into a nano microsphere 'coating' that has some amazing properties. Since this was before ISS where did they make this?

Now there was a skeptic on here who actually proved to me that he worked with that 'coating' and put it on a secret robot controlled space plane. Sometimes info comes from strange places... and sometimes it puts you in a spot when you know more than you can say...

I just wanted you to know that yes...I keep very busy and I'm on a 'mission'! My Mission is to keep America safe through development of some very exotic technologies. And yes, I've worked on/with HAARP. If you want to learn more about that see US Patent #xxxxxx. If you read the patent you'll understand the relevance to HAARP and the Stealth Bombers, etc. You're an intelligent man and I'm certain that you'll be able to make the
connection. If you read US Patent xxxxx, you'll understand (a little better) my connection to/with and collaboration with these men. LOL...suffice it to say that the 'Predator' (as in the movie) is alive/living at Los Alamos!

Well you have seen the "predator' in action in that Iraqi video

Hi, Ron...Good Morning!

Thanks for the note and you certainly touch on points of similiarity and interest (proving that great minds think alike!).

I am free to talk about any of my published US Patents which are in the public domain. I am, however, under an edict from DoD under the NSA to 'report any inquiries relative to the stealth patent'. I had a phone call from a person who identified himself as an 'Undersectetary of Defense' and the person read a statement to me which I later found was excerpted from the National Security Act, as amended. I was 'ordered' to report any inquiries of any kind, by anyone, to DoD relative to that case (patent). I've only had to do that one time in 20 years when a group of Isreali's, based in Philly, contacted me relative to undertaking collaboration on some 'project' in Haifa. I reported this as instructed and the group 'disappeared' shortly thereafter.

So the question is just how long have they been working on all this
