I think they are testing it for possible use against Taiwan in a war. Taiwan already gets a lot of rain, they are testing for ways to produce more. Given that we have already had close to three meters of rain THIS MONTH ALONE in some parts of Taiwan, perhaps they are already testing it on us.

Geex guys, I know you would all like to think everything is a conspiracy, but people have been doing this type of thing for decades.

serioulsy the US has used this tech for about 30+ years and if china makes it rain on taiwan we will make it rain on china its only fair
