Obama's social security number goes to court? (suspected fraud)

Attorney Orley Taitz, filed a complaint in Federal Court on 02/06/.2011 claiming that the S/S number that Obama has used the MOST, since 1980, was initially assigned to an elderly individual born in 1890 who resided in Connecticut.

Interesting, even if it gets attention I think they will explain it away as an accident, or dismiss it.

So, when the Social Security act was enacted, you don't think that people born prior to its enactment were assigned social security numbers? Interesting, I'd assume that they were.

who is the fool...it was stated that the ssn was issued to someone born in 1890...not issued in 1890

if you are going to flame at least get it right.

Fair enough. This person would have been 46 when they got one, assuming they got it the year they were first issued. This is also assuming that they back issued social security numbers when the program started, which they didn't if you did research. By 1940, less than 25% of the nation had one.

My mother had one before my grandfather. Your's probably did as well.

Is it possible....just for arguments sake. Maybe the person was BORN in 1890 and THEN got a SS number when he was 45 when the SS act was signed into law?!?!?!

Claiming someone is a fool without considering all the possibilities could mean your the foolish one!

I don't know what the deal with the birth certificates or the SS numbers are but I do know that there seems to be enough of a question to find out.

so somebody born in 1890 would be ?????wait for it...wait for it..aworker.45yearsold in in1935 and would have to apply to the"new" program.

Fair. You are correct that it could possibly be true. But it's not and you and I both know this. I'm not saying I know where he was born or anything, I'm saying this article, along with the majority or garbage posted on WND is baseless. It's mindless. It panders to it's core audience, which is good business, but not good journalism.

Besides I linked a quote from the article above that disproves the whole thing based on logic.

I just hate this silliness on ATS which seemed like it used to have inteligent postings on it rather than made up Internet rumors.

Looking at the web page it clearly looks cheap and suspect. Though the wikipedia page for it looked pretty legit at a glance. I'm glad I know better now.

I've become "agnostic" over the eligibility thing i have come to believe it is impossible to" KNOW for sure"one way or the other without devoting my life and savings to a personal hands on investigation. I have enough reason to uphold my negative opinion of the man's politics by simply watching his actions.(I don't need any first page above the fold scandal) him and the old schkool repubs up there deserve each other..

I wonder if the court will fine her again? Did she not get fined for bringing cases to the court expecting them to do the work for her? Orly Tatz is a crackpot and WND isn't a really reliable source. Could luck with this one birthers! It's not like the Republican party or Hilary Clinton, Rush Limpbah, Glenn Beck wouldn't have been all over this "Birther" thing had there been any shred of truth to it.

Would have been 19 years old. Failed to register within 30 days of 18th birthday.

In 1979 Obama went to Occidental College in Los Angeles. He wouldn't have been eligible for Student Aid/Federal Grants because he didn't register for Selective Service until the end of 1980.

He must have been ROLLING in cash to afford private college with no Federal Aid.

I've seen the information from your post several times, and it is entirely factual, even checks out on Snopes. I think that information raises a lot of questions! Add to that the recent murder of the Federal Witness in the Passport Fraud case, the Hawaii governor backing off his claims, the resignation of his key Health Advisor, the press releases from the Hospitals, and the signs in Kenya, and I think you have a very, very strong circumstantial case!

Let's imagine this were a murder trial of some guy's wife. No body was found, but the guy seemed guilty, all circumstantial evidence pointed to his guilt, the massive lack of evidence, lost evidence, or sealed evidence pointed to guilt, the guy benefitted greatly when the wife disappeared, new mistress, new job, new money. I'm pretty sure the guy would be convicted without physical evidence in this case. Obama is that guy, the Birth Certificate and early history is the missing body, and all of us poor citizens are the new Mistress with no idea what we were marrying!!
