Lady Gaga believes the public ultimately wants to see her fail, to lose all she's gained, she tells CNN Anderson Cooper in a "60 Minutes" interview that's as packed with surprises as the pop star's outrageous wardrobe.

I absolute hate Lady GaGa with a passion that I couldn't possibly describe. Every time I see her I want to . If I had to walk into her in the street I would struggle keeping myself from strangling her. She's a complete retard/fame chasing/Bimbo.

I don't know why she brings out this strong hate in me. Maybe it's her attention seeking ways, but I'm not sure. All I know is that the days she fails it will be glorious day indeed. I'd celebrate it every year.

She makes a mockery of the music industry with her lame lyrics that have little or no words. WTH does Ra-Ra-Ra-Ra mean??

Sadly, the majority of people love her. I really do hope she fails though, just because I would rather see some of the many truly talented artists out there become popular instead.

How would she like it if I were the big news all the time and she had to deal with me on every TV screen? Yeah, I'm sure she would get sick of it quick.

I think what she sees is just truth! People are fed up with empty, run of the mill pop crap!
I am glad to see her popularity slip and hopefully she has peaked and is now on her way to forgotten mediocrity.

Some of her music is actually pretty good. If you've ever tried composing a song you'd probably recognize the enormous amount of creativity to make a song like the ones she writes. (and no, I don't mean the lyrics, I mean the music)

Of course, I'm aware that she probably doesn't write most of it anyway

watching lady gaga self destruct is more entertaining than listening to that dribble she calls music.

I wish that was as far as her audience went. Sadly it seems there's a lot of people that buy her crap just because some people tell them it's awesome.

It is interesting how Gaga, Kanye West, and Lebron James have all come out with the same rhetoric. I don't have sources, but I am sure anyone who has seen West knows he has a massive ego, plays victim, and has a grown child-like mind (in regards to his mistakes, he rationalizes that people want to see him fail, that they "hate" on him).

This is also true of Lebron James. Whenever criticized, he blames people and revert to a child-like state of mind and says something that tells you he is oblivious to his own actions. I have no idea why Gaga is pulling such a stunt when she beloved by her millions of fans but then again, it's that black and white mindset. People either will like or hate me - no in between, no room for constructive criticism, no room for self-clarity or accountability - media gods today don't have time to think and reflect.

Unfortunately, these types of people who will inevitably be taken as role models for the next generation. Do not take responsibility for your actions. People will hate or love you - there is no in between...

Wow! She isn't as dense as i thought she was. I don't wish any hate on anybody and its true most of her music isnt very good lyrics wise but i could say the same for alot of rap and rock as well. She got what she wanted to be popular but the cost of the fame is people wishing her down fall and with her being so outlandish it only makes people want it more. She has figured out how fame works. Blow up big always be in the spot light and the more people that hate you the better. See even this poster doesn't realize that he is actually promoting her and keeping her in the spot light by posting this. If you really don't like her ignore her fame is a funny thing you have to be interesting in one of two ways #1 have loads of talent #2 have enough people who dislike you to make you interesting and talked about.

I find it amazing the self absorbed heights that celebrities can raise themselves too...Yes, yes Gaga, all of us spend our time thinking of you and how much we want you to fail...based on my lack of attention towards hollywood and the pop music industry I wouldn't of known who she was unless my fiancee hadn't of forced me to listen to one of her songs one day, thinking that the obvious pandering to the occult verbiage and videography would somehow stimulate me. Well no Goo Goo all you did is cause me just a touch of ire for sensationalizing and making profane tenants that many people hold almost religiously dear. Enjoy your 15 minutes.

She's getting rich by packaging depravity and selling it to youth.

Strip-mining the popular culture for any tune, riff or hook that she can invoke in the name of sex.
