It is not rocket science. If you know your water is fluoridated then why are you not using fluoride free products? I have no problem with my water being fluoridated. knowing this and also knowing that any trace mineral may toxify your body causing problems I dont buy products with fluoride in it. Also some foods contain naturally some fluoride. Its all about using that brain.

I just avoid fluoride in general and use products that don't contain any, i live in an area that has no fluoride in the water aswell. My teeth are perfectly healthy. I dont mind getting natural fluoride from the enviroment and food etc. as that is something we have evolved along side.

natural fluoride from the enviorment? are you sure? Are you even aware what type of fluoride you might be drinking from natural water sources? Fluoride is a name given because fluorine bonds easily with most other elements found on this planet and therefore you cannot find fluorine in its natural state. It has to be bonded with another element. Now when you say natural fluoride from the enviornment do you mean mercury fluoride , lead flouride, sulphur fluoride etc? if you dont know the mineral makup of a given area i would be very worried about drinking water from natural resources.

I'm not drinking water from the river at the bottom of my garden i dont think i ever said i was. Dont nit pick. You know I dont mean what you are saying. I mean the enviroment as in the world around me and how ever i might be picking up the fluoride/fluorine from it. I'm not going to list all possible sources of fluoride/fluorine so i choose to say enviroment and when i say natural enviroment i mean the world around me and the things it naturally contains as in things in nature or the natural world.

I did not come here to argue over pointless things. I originally posted here beause people had said the UK had not been adding fluoride in its water supply. I gave a couple of links and some info to let people know this and you went on to give me needless grief about nothing. I just wanted to share the info i had. The informatioin was not wrong i posted links to sites showing that fluoride and yes i mean fluoride this time,was added to the water supply.

I just realised i should be even more specific and note the type of fluoride i am talking about when i say i avoid them, it is the type the Primary Care Trusts of the UK are adding to water supplies. Also Sodium fluoride, stannous fluoride, Sodium monofluorophosphate that are often added to toothpaste.

I think you find you tried to convince me NOT the other way around. I just been replying to your misinformed points that you made. If you going to post something make sure you get ur facts right.

What awakened me to the toxicity of fluorinization was a report that occurred during the volcanic eruption which took place in Iceland last year. They reported about what the fluorine erupting from the volcano does to their cattle and how it kills humans too. The same documentary report also stated how fluorine was added to the water served up to the prisoners in the death camps of Nazi Germany as a way by which to chemically lobectomize the brains. Fluorine should never be ingested. It is for external use only. Good as a mouth wash to stop bacteria but should always be spit out. Ingestion causes neurological damage and after a while goes on to cause the teeth to fall out due to osteoporosis and fluorosis of the bones. It is very painful in the joints. Thus putting fluorine into our food or water is a "war crime" a "crime against humanity". Other side effects of fluorine include genital sterilization as a birth control [genocide] and as a related application it causes various neurological and skeletal birth defects. The men who develop and impliment such chemical poisons are simply evil.
