Brewer to Countersue Federal Government Over Immigration Enforcement

That's Right, It's My Great State of Arizona in the News Again. We're in the news for a good reason again as usual.
Our Governor is doing what the Majority of Arizonians have asked her to do. We're tired of our No Gonads President Kissing the Back Side of illegals. If Arizona has to continues to be the State that makes you Open Border and Sanctuary City People Angry and you all lose sleep worrying about the illegals, Then Move To Another State and or Country!

Arizona to Sue U.S. Over Illegal Immigration Failure.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer announced Thursday that her state will file a countersuit against the federal government, claiming Washington has failed to enforce immigration law along the southern border. The governor said the federal government hasn't secured the state's border with Mexico and has stuck Arizona with the costs tied to illegal immigration. "Because the federal government has failed to protect the citizens of Arizona, I am left with no other choice," Brewer said.

Arizona plans to sue on five different counts, including a claim that the federal government has failed to enforce immigration laws enacted by Congress and a claim it has failed to reimburse the state for costs associated with jailing criminal immigrants.

According to President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, the Justice Department is currently in the process of deciding whether or not to file suit over Arizona's controversial immigration law, which Mr. Obama has called "misguided" and potentially discriminatory.
According to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, however, the decision has already been made.

Under the Obama administration, illegal immigrant deportation is up 10% over 2008 and 25% over 2007. He has also been tougher on border security than Bush was....

Don't mistake Obama's view about illegal immigrants whose children are born in the states, educated here and call themselves American, these are the ones whom Obama wants rights given to. Not the people who have just crossed over.

The problem is that people continue to hate despite the facts...and by the way, Brewer has been the worst thing for Arizona because of her "crazy" ideas. The state has lost lots of investment and government subsidies because of her legislation.

Political Correctness is about to come to a head, I think most if not the majority of Americans are feed up with the ACLU and Political Correctness running our every days lives from our speech to our thoughts.

The Left expands it voters base, every time some one dies, they just send out ACORN or one of their other corrupt agencies to fake signatures or intimidate the weak and old.

Most Canadians live in gated communities in HOA's and they hire illegals to do their lawn work and tile and painting and other maintenance, I don't know why really other than they have more money than brains.

And you can show me the real numbers showing we lost money, when I heard on the radio KFYI 550am and on the T. V. news our hotel and motel and tourist business did not loss money, they profits would had been better if they had not listened to the idiots taking about boycotting us and kept their prices as before, they lower their prices thinking they'd need to attract business. But that was false.

I see firsthand the friendliness and appreciation by Arizonians of our money being spent and investment in your economy, why the distaste for us canadians? It could be China buying up all the land around Phoenix/Tucson instead of us.

I don't think he is the best...but I shudder to think what the alternative could be. Problem is, no matter how good of president you would have, there are too many problems both social and financial going on in the states to make anyone happy.

She's gonna have a real hard time with that case since immigration enforcement has increased under Obama...as has border patrol and enforcement.


She's desperatly trying to stay in the spotlight...but no one cares about her anymore.

Actually, most of you are fairly nice, But then you have the one's that can't do the speed limit or change lanes or read simple signs, like, Golfers in the right lane and residence in the left lane.

Really most of you are just to funny to listen to,,, I talked to a couple today that thought Obama was the best thing to happen to the world sense sliced bread or snow blowers. I don't want to be slamming the Canadians, Really,,, You can't help being attracted to another Socialist like Obama.

The problem I see with canadians is the fries and gravy thing j/k of course.. I spent 5 years in Michigan when I was in college.. Had many a trip across the border for fun...

As a side note I learned that when going through Canadian Customs, and they ask you for the purpose of your visit, dont say to prop up your economy by getting rid of loose change with pictures of moose on it...

The increase is somewhat misleading.. Just because numbers are up does not mean numbers are down in Arizona. Its entirely possible Arizona is seeing an increase while border crossing in Texas and California are seeing a decrease.

I do think Obama has been as good as he could be, many of the issues going on were started years ago, and not just Bush, but Clinton and daddy Bush before him.

I really think that your two party system sucks, the tea party should have their own platform and maybe add a marijuana party like we had in Canada just for the fun of it. Another big difference between our politics, is the money you are allowed to spend during an election. Our politicians use their money to explain their ideas rather than the millions of dollars wasted by your politicians on attack ads that tell blatant lies from both the right and the left. Also, the conservatives in power here are about as far right as the democrats, the Liberal party is even further left (you wouldn't like them) and the NDP...you would be calling them commies.

As for being Socialist, nothing wrong with that...it was lack of government and regulation that got you guys in trouble. I was in the states last month and talking to a friend down their who made the comment that this "damn Obama administration isn't doing enough to create jobs"...his next sentence was "he is turning this country into a socialist state". So what is it? You want the government to help you out, but you don't? A true capitalist country with small government, do you really think you would be able to survive? It would be a dog-eat-dog world and believe me, the rich would be getting richer and the poor would get poorer. The US would look more like Mexico. You would have the elite, a small middle class and the majority living under the poverty line.

Tiste, I really like Gov. Brewer for a number of reasons, one of the most important reason is, she actually listens and she goes out and looks and gets a working idea of the problem.

Gov. Brewer has visited our border and visited with the border patrol folks and she has spent time in our troubled border cities.
What has Obama or any of his so call cabnet of experts done? Not Tidily Sh** !!!!

After being born and raised in a Communist Nation, After working actively for a Communist Government and the most damaging, after marching in Red Pride Parades caring signs that said, Kill The Americans,,, I know why so many peoples of my race migrate to your country, believe it or not, they feel like they have cradle to grave protection because of the Nanny Style Government, ( Socialist ) they are comfortable.
