Just another perfect example of how our politicans are above the law and are capable of passing the buck to the tax payers! If I were on my way home from work and I did this, no way would my company be responsible. I am outraged! It is high time that we dismemeber that good old boys network in government.

This is really unbelievable. More than the taxpayers having to cover the litigation and who knows what else, I am ticked he only got 100 days in jail for manslaughter.

And now the family of the victim will have no legal recourse to pursue punitive damages against him. Again, just another perfect example of how our politicans can get away with almost anything and barely get a slap on the wrist. This REEKS of special considerations. If you or I had done this on our way home from work, we'd be hung out to dry for sure. And you can rest assured that NO COURT in the nation would hold our employers responsible for such carelessness! I'm P*SSED!
