The Texas Panhandle could have windchill temperatures as low as 30 degrees below zero, the weather service said.

That's colder than the forecast way up here.
Last I checked a few hours ago, we were looking at -15 or -20 (windchill).
That's still cold, but happens quite a bit in winter up here.

Come to Toronto any time from January to March, below freezing is the usual... also we don't even get as much snow as we used to. We have had 2 big snow falls which were both under what they forecasted
Buffalo NY gets double what we get, makes you think why we get the stereotype of the great white north.
