it's suposed to shape muscle much faster then ordinary workouts... but, in my experience, there is nothing 'fun' about the powerplate, just a lot
of vibrations that makes you feel like someone is shaking your brain (is why I quit it pretty fast)
If your going for the pp rather then equipment training and weights, don't forget to work on your cardio as well and not only as a warm up
