Hi everyone,

I'm traing out a new arrival in our local fitness studio- the Power Plate. What can you tell by your experiences, is it useful or should I stick to my reguloar training program?

As long as your using any equipment to excersize, your doing more than most people. It has a good reputation.

it's suposed to shape muscle much faster then ordinary workouts... but, in my experience, there is nothing 'fun' about the powerplate, just a lot of vibrations that makes you feel like someone is shaking your brain (is why I quit it pretty fast)

If your going for the pp rather then equipment training and weights, don't forget to work on your cardio as well and not only as a warm up
