The falls are located exactly where they were in 1911.It takes thousands of years for erosion to move them

Sorry, my point is that the entire Niagara Falls NY area is a huge toxic waste dump (Love Canal etc.) and the chemicals could actually solidify. I know it isn't scientifically acurate, just making a point about the polution.
