Your my hero! LOL, This is really the only place in ATS I go to, (Fragile Earth), I was looking for a place to call home after I was "Removed" from GLP, I used to go there to see what was new with Earth, found much better sources here and 1 other place, and now your link makes 3! I like to stay informed because your so right, never mind the media, and even if they did say it on TV, I don't trust their giving the whole story, because well it's the media, hell I trust the internet more then the media So thanks for taking the time to share this critical info with us fellow earth watchers . I bookmarked it! Stars and Flags for you!

Both links appear to be quite informative and well documented. I am convinced there is something going on with our planet. Don't know whether it is caused by humans or if there is just a change in the cycles of the planet itself... I suspect some of both.

Yes....I believe you are correct.
I know we do end our 26,000 year earth wobble and enter a new age very soon.
The 26,000 year wobble can be researched quite easily on google for anyone interested.

I hate to be snarky....but I'm going to be anyway...
Who dictates the beginning and end of a "wobble"? For some, the wobble renewed it's cycle last year, for other it was the year before, etc, etc, etc.... The significance of the wobble is relative to your position (longitude and latitude). It's not like the wobble changes for the entire planet in one fell swoop. Understanding of science helps a bit, I recon.edit on 5-2-2011 by Aggie Man because: (no reason given)

So, you subscribe to the belief that Earth sits stagnant for 26,000 years and suddenly *BAM* the earth wobbles all at once? Sure there is a wobble, but it is gradual. It affects the earth this year as much as it did last year, or the year before....or 25,000 years ago. It's not mystical or magical. I don;t need to "look it up". I am well versed in science...I have the ability to discern from fact and fiction. Do you?edit on 5-2-2011 by Aggie Man because: (no reason given)

And yes....I have been on this earth probably longer than you and I most certainly can decipher fact from fiction. I am not that old!

So, in your opinion, what does the significance of the wobble have to do with this year? Since we agree that it happens every year, why bring it up at all? You must have some ill-conceived thought on it, no? Either that or were you bringing it up for sensationalism purposes....much like your OP link.

Doubtful....nonetheless, does that make you more intelligent that those that have been here less time than you?edit on 5-2-2011 by Aggie Man because: because I can

What's going on with Mother Earth that is different than the past? Again, cycles are the theme here. I don't have 26,000 years worth of personal data to support any theories, yet neither do you or anyone else for that matter. What can we go by? Atmospheric samples from glacial ice cores. Geologic records. Etc...etc...etc...All of them support the notion that our current Earth-cycle is "business as usual".
I'm not arguing for the sake of arguing. I merely bring reason and sanity to the threads that lack it. So, hate me....hate science..my signature say it all:
"The great thing about science: it is true whether you believe in it or not"

Back on topic:
Your OP source is so biased, it's unreal..."The Extinction Protocol"... yeah, there are extinctions...they always have happened and always will (it's called survival of the fittest)...Since I'm going on about your OP source, then let's look at the first article on there....discussing cattle killed in a flood. Last I checked, cattle were not even threatened, let alone on the brink of extinction...again...SENSATIONALISM!edit on 5-2-2011 by Aggie Man because: (no reason given)
