are the two subjects related. I was not sure it was related that was I created a different post. I know the government can't create a pole shift but what if the real story is the weather manipulation but we are all looking for a pole shift?

I just figured something out this document was not an internal document but an external it was sent to the trade commison by Andrea Psoras who is just a regular public citzen.

Correct. And it reads like an ATS post. It does back everything up by citing sources etc, but this has nothing to do with a pole shift.

it was available earlier i looked at it and emailed him and he has posted that hes fed up with all of this and didnt want to be apart of it anymore probolly why he took down his channel, go threw the thread that is not henning lmao

That is the weather modification document. It's no big secret. It's this which, has been made public a long time.

Typically when someone opens a can of worms, then runs away saying they don't want to be a part of it anymore it means they didn't expect their tale to get blown up so big in my experience.
