Phone call i just got from telco ill try and keep the language down

Phone Rings
Me: hello
Telco: Hi im from telco you were a existing telstra customer
Me: No mate never been with them
Telco: well we can give you a Good plan cheap
Me:not interested mate
Telco: repeating him self and getting mad at me
Me: F*** off ok im not interested
Telco: sir are you negro or "Black"
Me : Mate im Aussie Now F*** off
Telco: you to mate to you negro
Me where you from
Telco: Africa
Me: Call this number again you be here from my lawyers

This a 2nd phone call they cant get the hint!!!

You need to use your brain in these situations, a more constructive and satisfying response would have been gleaned if you did something like this:

Telco: "You were an existing customer sir?"
You: "I exist in a multitude of dimensional paradoxes, which one do you require?"
Telco: "Urmmmm.... we can offer cheap plan?"
You: "I never plan, just go with the flow"
Telco: "It's urmmm 30 dollar per month"
You: "Whats that in german?"
Telco: "Germany? Urrrrmmmm"
Telco: hangs up

Next time they phone ...

Speak calmly
Tell them to hang on a moment
Start some rock music on zero volume
Ask if they are still there
Place mouthpiece of phone on speaker
Turn up to number 11
Have a good headbang
Put phone down
laugh.

Yeah, I don't know what the laws are like elsewhere, but in the US, a telemarketer cannot hang up on you unless you are verbally abusing them. If they do, they open themselves up to lawsuit.

So yeah, either hang up your line, or put them on "hold" with loud music or something in the background... maybe a gangster movie with guns going off and stuff.
