Recommendations on books...

I was wondering if you guys know of what the best books to read about aliens are. Specifically Ancient aliens, annunaki, the sumarian people. I want to go buy the best books that are most recognized and written by respected people. Have any of you read any good ones? I really want to read more into it. I just don't know where to look and I'm sure someone here knows some books written by well respected authors. NON FICTION lol.

Lol. Thank you very much. I remember hearing about some Sumerian books when I was watching Ancient Aliens. Do you remember which books they were talking about?

Well Zechariah Sitchin and Erich Von Daniken were the pioneers in the field and the most recognized, I would start here.

I will get slammed for this but a good starting point is Erich Von Danikan and Zacharia Sitchin. Take both with an open mind and garin of salt but they have done some good research and give info on some pretty cool places.
The best alien books I have read are by Timothy Good, Colin Wilson and Jaqcues Vallee but they don't focus on ancient astronauts or Sumerians but they are a good read.

Thank you guys. I will probably buy all of these books. I'm interested currently on Ancient times but I'm also very interested with more current times. Any suggestions you have I will more than likely look over and decide if I want to buy them. This subject is so easily to read and become free in it with thought. Interesting things.

I'm very much into abductions. I haven't been abducted, from what I know lol, but I have had some sightings and strange dreams when I was younger. I think I posted about them when I first joined this site a few years ago. It's all very interesting.

Then deffinatley check this one out it is one of the best abduction stories i have read.

If you want to go elite, esoteric and cutting edge, you should look into Jacques Vallee.

He has 2 books out about ancient aliens, or aliens in folklore and mythology.

This is a very good chronology of the US gov coverup from 1943-1973. A must read for all UFO enthusiasts IMO. The best one you could hope for anyway. No speculation just facts.

Above Top Secret and Beyond Top Secret by Timothy Good are two excellent reads.

So are the two books by Richard Dolan (UFOs and the National security state vol 1 and vol 2)

If you want something more concrete Stanton Friedman has done the most reliable research to my knowledge.
