Okay so lets just toss everything we know about flight mechanics out the window. I can just see a plethora of strange new UFO sightings if these things hit the big market...

I am sure it has to have some exotic method of propulsion and the noise is merely a cover up.

I'm going to assume my dear Zorgon.. That your just trying to have a bit of fun with us.. As one can clearly "Hear" and "See" something that resembles a COX 049 engine for model airplanes..

And there is already a plethora of sightings by means of radio-controlled model airplane and the multi-colored LCD lights they put on them for night-time flying.... And as they become more popular, yes we will see and hear about more Blue lit UFO's that appeared to hover and move erratically in the sky..

My local RC club has a guy with one of these. The local one here looks even more legit as a lawnmower though! This one s a little too squared off and clean. The one here looks just like an old Murray deck.

We also have a couple of resident UFO hoaxers in the club. There is a "flying wing" that is equipped with LED's and they like to fly it around the college campus at night. There are some helicopters with interesting LED arrangements. The flying wing uses an electric motor, so it is pretty quiet, and the lights are pretty bright, so it makes for a very interesting sighting.

Not that I am a fan of intentional UFO hoaxes, because I am not, but the interesting things that those guys make flyable are amazing. Dog houses, trucks, boats, you name it. With the right material and satisfaction of lift to weight ratio, they can make anything fly!
