Hello everyone. I have been reading a lot of the threads and just thought it was time to join in .I am a construction worker in East Tenn. To keep it short. I am an under employed, over thinking, half crazy redneck who like to invent and tinker.

I too am an East Tennessean. My husband works in the concrete industry, as did my father. I tend to get along with "half crazy rednecks who like to invent and tinker", been doing it my whole life!

"rocky top will always be"... at least in my heart.. lots of great strong but friendly people there always looking for a way back to that magical and sacred land. the hills are the best place to be if SHTF. last place on earth anyone would try and invade huh?

this site is the beez knees..

born in oak ridge.. after years in military/govt in cali tried to move home to Tn but all the Noreasters moved in and caused land to quadruple. which pushed me to eastern NC..always go back to solway when i can..
