when was parsons and hubbard hand picked by crowley ?

i have 3 x biographies of parsons and 2 x 5inch thick biographies of crowley
yet in none of them is this mentioned ,

as far as i under stood parsons had his own merry group of followers and the OTO bit was very short lived ,
if i recall even correctly crowley didnt even like parsons ,

as for hubbard , well , parsons was aeons ahead of him in the esoteric field
all hubbard did was copy / paste was parsons did with out even doing the rites him self ,

Disclaimer: I have no issue with believers of any kind, as long as they don't try to pass hogwash as truths. Some of the non-literal interpretations are even good (thou shall not kill, etc.). Sadly scientology is destroying lives and brainwashing people more than any other religion I know...like I said, I had a friend who (briefly) joined them. Within a few months he changed completely and abandoned everyone, forcing me to rip him out of it. He'd lost almost all friends at that point. I think what did it for him in the end, apart from me telling him from a scientific standpoint what nonsense it all is, was that he saw how they treated me when I joined once. They HATE sceptics more than any other religion...and they kinda found out I'm a sceptic during one of the tests they made me do

Well for what it's worth I think you're a hell of sceptic I'm pretty sure you know I don't hate you. For sure I 've never tried to convert you. All in all I'd say we might even..............NAAAH !!!

I hope you see the difference between a Al Qaeda website and unbiased sources like Wikipedia. Just because a site says scientology is beyond laughable and crazy (which it obviously is), doesn't mean they're wrong. Look at it objectively

Hehehe, it would take nothing short of a miracle to convert me...and you'd have to fully explain the miracle, because I don't believe in miracles

When it comes to scientology I have a very special hate filled place reserved for them in my heart because of my mate. No one will convince me that hogwash is good...they rank the same as the Westboro Baptist Church crazy people shouting at dead soldiers. And Freezone is hogwash too because they base their entire belief on something that has ZERO evidence as backup...but at least they're just scammers, and not destroying people's life in the same way as scientology.

Excellent info.

There is always a balance in nature, so one word or clue and it begins with "Z"...

Holy Crap...

I could make a more plausible, believable story off the top of my head..

Just wow..

U know what Einstein said about human stupidity...

I like Sci Fi, but..just wow..makes me sad to be a part of the human species...then again, I probably just feel this way because I saw a movie in the "ethereal" mode or whatever..geeez...

I still don't have an answer to my simple question:

If not Xenu, who bombed those detainees at the foothills of the volcanoes, according to the Scientology canon?

Oh we are back on the Subject of the Cult Of Scientology, I always wondered when its ugly head would reappear, and hay presto here it is.

I find it funny that they would have a Cross sign out side most of thier Centres, should it not be Zenu or an Alien or something, since they think he is from outerspace. One does have to say the Tom Cruise and the Southpark Footage on Scientology was hilarious.

To state, that if there was an emergency, that he would be the only one who could deal with the emergency, although there might be Paramedics who have say ten years experience, is hilarious and delusional to say the least.

Hey, Xenu is supposed to be a secret, so if I pay thousands of dollars to find out the secret I'd feel gypped if they already advertised the big secret to everyone....but isn't that what South Park sort of already did?

I wonder how many people have joined Scientology since the South Park episode? And how many of those didn't see the episode?

If they already saw the South Park episode, and they joined anyway, then finding out the big "secret" has to be somewhat anti-climactic for them!

Is xenu human in form?As far as some basic tenants go these nuts are closer to the reality I experience than christians are.

Aliens that are human .yes.Galactic conflicts.yes.our souls being able to inhabit any lifeform capable of becoming sentient, say primate or dolphin.or the top species of bird mammal reptile ect,or possibly just mammals as dolphins are.

We cloned Dolly the sheep, what happened when we cloned humans>Please dont even ask for proof or claim we havent done it yet,for the sake of sanity lets just agree that it has been done already---SOOOOOO---did the human clone animate spontaneously or didit remain incapable of capturing a soul?

Did we require god to bring the clone to life or did we just do it ourselves?

If we needed god to bring the clone to life we WOULD ALL KNOW IT ALREADY BECAUSE THE CHURCHES WOULD HAVE TREATED INFO LIKE THIS AS THE BEES KNEES.

which leaves us with our answer, doesnt it,we know humans have been cloned ,and we HAVENT heard the results-----WHY----because the churches dont want the answer outed---the answer we already surmise exists.

Again, why wouldnt the churches want all of humanity to know the answer??

Because if we dont need to create some idea like god to attribute the creation of life to then religons as we know them are history so to speak.

Take any bible and reverse extrapolate it.see what you find---just remove with a pencil all words and phrases that contain words that are related to emotions or opinions---remove all contextual words that can be used to manipulate your mind and emotions --AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH THE REAL ORIGINAL TEXT OR STORY.

People fail to understand that all of what seem like crappy things regarding the bible have been like camoflage, hiding the true story---but in the hiding the story has been preserved.

All major religous doctrines carry the same story---this is what their leaders DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW.

You need to google visual=spatial learning and find someone you know who thinks like this as I do and they will very easily reverse extrapolate the books for you,if you havent learned to learn in a visual-spatial manner you will be entwined in the camoflage of the books.Maybe if you u2u me I can help you learn some shortcuts.

I said all major doctrines carry the same story,do you see how profound that is?

We can finally identify the TRUE BEGINNING of our combined histories.

As far as I know, Xenu and this volcano thing is not in the Scientology canon.

From what I understand, based on what I read online, and my guesses, is in Scientology one goes through like past life regressions, and it seems to me, this Xenu story is what Hubbard experienced during his processes. Maybe it's true, I don't know. But Scientology says, "It's only true, if it's true for you".

Not that it matters if Xenu existed or not, they're using e-meters which are complete hogwash...so the entire regression crap is beyond laughable

I then am completely at loss as to what "thetan" means. If you depart from what I described as the canon, you can't explains the tenets of scientology, imho.

Thetan is simply another word for "soul". In Scientology man has 3 parts, the body, the mind, and Thetan. That's in the basic single volume of "What is Scientology?" book.

The Xenu story is part of the OT3 level

You might not have read that material though if you've only joined the church briefly. Good news though, you can download all the material for free if you look for it on the net

So much hogwash...Xenue, e-meters, riiiiiiight

It's funny (and ironic) that they come out with books like "Dianetics: the evolution of a science" when their entire approach is based on pseudo-science like e-meters

Also, before you claim Hubbard had nothing to do with it, and stuff got changed by subsequent leaders of the COS...HOGWASH!!! In his OT level 8 material, Hubbard specifically talks about Xenu as well!! It's part of notes with HIS handwriting.

Cliff-notes: Complete and utter nonsense, all of it!

I heard and read by ex scientologists, whom spent thousands, on the courses offerred b Scientology, and some of them had no clue wth XZENU was
