Awesome pics! I have never seen this phenomenon before, but I'm sure if I saw it in person, I'd whip out my camera & snap some pics! Looks almost like a bunch of UFOs are beaming people up LOL. I saw a weird sight yesterday that this reminds me of. It was a cloudy day here & I saw what looked like a square rainbow by the sun. It was pretty strange. I did not see an arc & the colors were very pale but it was there. By the time I could pull off the road to take a pic, it was no longer visible : /
