this one tho looks like a baloon (hellium baloon) you can judge it by its movement (free floating) and general look.

people put up this junk on youtube because it pumps up views.

Good point, although i am far from an expert on Mexico, it's economy and it's people, that seems like a harsh statement....

Although i admit their economy is nowhere near as good as many other nations there are neighborhoods and jobs that bring people up into a middle class system.

But you do have a good point, unless it's tethered it would have to be a helium balloon. The size of the balloon and the helium would cost quite abit, even for me or you to put together...

It seems like a waste of money and waste of time for something that wont do much.... the person who did it wont get any type of fame. It doesnt make sense to hoax it...

People who claim things like this are just looking for excuses, if it is a hoax it would be done digitally and not with a balloon.

When was the last time you saw a balloon, whether it filled with hot air or helium sitting stationary.... it doesnt look like it's tethered so why dont you explain how you think it's a balloon instead of making statements without backing it up....

Here's one that stays stationary:

How does it stay stationary??

It's almost impossible unless it's tethered.

Must be alien controlled balloons?

Or it's not very windy...

Alien controlled balloons... are you mocking me

I'm serious though, if it was hot air, it would be rising and as soon as the air starts to cool it would start decending. The same goes for Helium except it would keep rising to higher alitude untill atmospheric pressure and then eventually the helium being dluted would cause it to desend as well.

Then you have to take into account wind speed and direction, even if it wasnt windy on the ground a couple hundred meteres up and the wind speed can change dramatically.

It would be very hard for any balloon to stay still and stationary....

Hey while your online can i ask your opinion in this thread:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

It's to do with Aussie mannerisms and slang... you will see what i mean whehn you have a quick skim of the replies.

I think you will find that if one was to film it longer than a few minutes, you will see movement.

Helium won't rise then fall straight away, there is a point where it will remain at a constant.

The video I linked to is a balloon, it's been proven to be a balloon, yet there it is sitting stationary in the sky.

So no, I'm not mocking you.

As pointed out this video has recently been on here (slap on wrist for no searching!) and it's almost 100% been declared a balloon like the ones shown by Chadwickus in this thread.

These guys love their fancy shaped balloons, the shapes and sizes are fantastic but at the end of the day they are still balloons.

And unless these UFO's use Dr Who Tardis technology (small on the outside, huge on the inside) then those greys would be pretty cramped in that balloon, sorry, ufo.

Until they shoot at something or land and say hello I dont give two shakes of a crying baby about UFOs even though I am a big believer. I just find the whole thing to be nonsense. How much research would these aliens need to do on Mexico? Maybe the Cartels have some kind of deal with the aliens and theyre smuggling coc aine to the Andromeda galaxy.

As others say I think this is a balloon. When deciding whether it's a fake or real one must look at the contents as a whole. One of the main reasons I think this is that if I were recording a UFO, believing it to be real, Iwould be hell bent to get all the incident recorded. Yet it still amazes me how an awful lot of you accept these moving images without the thought like what happened after the film finishes with the object being filmed still hovering or moving slowly across the sky. As another thought could some-one please tell me why virtually all UFO's filmed at night are lit up as if to tell all other aircraft where they are. Do not say it's their propultion system because if I was an alien with all the associated technology I would at least have an effective cloaking system.

That object reminds me of one of these:

Perhaps it is an experimental floating wind turbine that got loose? That might explain what the spikes are for.

Hmm sorry guys. I actually did a search for this and couldn't find it, next time I promise i'll look harder. Anyway I had a look at the other thread, and the only reason they came to a conclusion it was a balloon was because it "looked" like one and because it wasn't filmed longer?
Is that seriously enough evidence to close a case these days? I'm not saying it can't be a balloon (very well could be), what i'm saying is, no one has provided any evidence that this is a balloon other than references to other cases and personal opinion.

Peace 2 all

This also looks like a balloon on a long string. Looks like the wind gives it the spin. Thanks for posting though.

Being in the industry, you have to realize something: When it come to faking floating objects in the sky with a shaky camera, you have to use a "match-moving" software. The problem is, match moving programs require solid "tracking points" to determine what the background is doing at all times so that it can sync up the movement with the foreground object... Unfortunate in this video, there are almost no solid track-able points.. at all. The clouds are volatile, and nearly the same color as the sky, making it impossible to track. The fluid-like camera movements are classic of a on-board motion stabilization system with the camera itself.

Whatever this object is, it is real.

Hey mr.SAS

So not only are you ex-SAS but you are nifty at UFO video reproduction.
Very talented fella.

Your video should be finished by now and we all look forward to seeing your talents in action.

Now how about you hawl your ass back to your introduction thread and tell us all why we should believe your claims.

Thanks.
