According to this link theinfounderground.com... the patriot act makes international security firms such as Israel based ICTS whatreallyhappened.com... immune to lawsuits. Is that really an area covered by the patriot act?

I have read that the CIA only have to abide by laws that specifically mention them, it was introduced back in the Eisenhower days. With the privatisation of security such a policy is not surprising. There still may be some issues with international law and jurisdiction in other countries. I know Blackwater did have a few scandals going at one stage and it appears most of it was cover up through internal procedures. It is so wrong when the law is just discarded like that.
