it also occurs to me there's the possibility, they could be shapeshifting vampires or reptiles.

i am keeping an open mind, because i don't know for sure.

but i do have to say; if it IS faked (which i'm not saying i believe at all), then it has to be done deliberately, i.e. CGI. its just beyond the realms of coincidence for transmission or any other sort of 'glitches' to produce a pointy tongue and eyes that go black repeatedly across a number of different videos that are on youtube.

then the question becomes, if this is filmed off live television; who the crap and how and why - would anyone cgi that.

Sorry but it is total bs loads of these videos on youtube and all over the net, and maybe if people looked at what you can ACTUALLY see than what they think/hope they have seen they would ACTUALLY see the obvious problems with the picture/transmission quality.

It's plain to see on the video in the op that the quality is not very good.

Thats what is causing what you are seeing.

The youtube ones are even worse than that most of the time due to compression.

You need to actually watch the video and not just the eyes.
It is a jump cut, when the frame goes missing his whole face is lightened, the added light reflecting in his eyes makes his pupil look slimmer but it's actually just a larger reflection of light.
As for the tongue.. well you can't see it.
the video is super low quality to boot.

i really have no reason to disbelieve the original video poster who says he filmed it off live television (you can see the reflection of his door on the tv).

so either CNN cgi'd it to look like a weird shapeshifter - and i'm not sure why they'd do that, but i guess its possible;

or i think it must be real.

i dont buy this compression etc stuff.

you can see the pointy tongue easily if you look.

and the eyes keep going black.

looks v odd to me.

too odd and coincidental to be just 'pixels' or whatever.

There using voip over a phone line thats why eye blinks are often screwed up. It simply to quick of a movement for the video to send over a phone line tou see it on web cams all the time when peoples internet connection drags. .
