Woman talking now.....high on passion and anxiety.....says many unconscious, many broken arms and legs, many injured....

she also said many pro-Mubarak ARE police and security personnel causing much of the riots

That was so clear. There is no Pro-Mubarak Movement. This guys are paid agents, police, mafiosis, corrupt people and criminals. They just appeared like a wonder today morning, and this guys are very violent and very well armored. No question this Pro-Mubarak Movement is staged.

Am watching a live feed shown on msnbc. There are all kinds of people involved in this. Men, women, young men, business men in sport coats, people in regular cloths, people in traditional clothing. Its obvious that this is about SURVIVAL! The economic situation has deteriorated to such a degree that people are fighting to survive! The haves are fighting against the have nots! This is the result of the collapse of the global economy!

As they are saying.... these people are "rent-a-mob"

Poor people who are being paid and so on, bussed in from elsewhere....... agents, police... whoever.

There are also no doctors around.... no police on the street.... army locked inside their vehicles.
This is just a brutal, fight-to-the-death between two groups of people.... lawlessness, mob mentality..... hundreds injured so far... god knows how many dead.

*sigh*

From what I have heard of the UK, the British Govt have been level headed and common sense prevailed.....I can't say the same for the USA, Israel and the EU.

Exactly, I think they have all been paid or offered food etc to do this; criminals released from prison given their freedom if they cause as much havic as possible

Such a big shame, for almost a week the anti-Mubarak protestors gave rise to the pride and intigrity of all Egyptians as a well behaved non-violent protest. Until the pro-Mubarak supporters (I don't believe they really support Mubarak) throw a spanner in the works.

Mubarak should be totally ashamed of himself as a President, an Egyptian, a man; what little crediablity and pride he had left is now GONE!

As I stated in another thread, you can't lose what you don't have.

Mubarak's time may be nearing its end, as there are signs that the already tired and maybe demoralized people of Egypt are not going to back up now, when they are so close to their 'liberation'. There could still be 1 factor that could turn the tide in this conflict, that factor being the army, which as far as we can tell, hasn't officially supported either group.

This is a lot worse than I feared.

Considering almost everything and everyone is getting attacked on all sides of the mess. There's an over-lying issue now.

Who or what is going to stop it all?
