Egypt: Internet down, police counterterror unit up

In November I tried to open a discussion about the elections in Egypt. Nobody was interested, only one troll came by.
Maybe it is interesting enough now to see, why people have enough of all this. And it also explains, why Egypt wants to have the internet shut down:

Because Egypt is the worst Western back fascist regime, behind Saudi Arabia.

I hope the Egyptians catch Mubarak and his co-conspirators, then put them on trial, then hopefully convicted to death sentence, where they will be hanged in public for all Western puppets to see.

Bin Ali is still free, Muslims around the Middle East should use every means necessary to bring that fascist criminal in to justice, and his wife.

Maybe a little water boarding first to find out what they know and who they answer too.??

From a documentary I watched, the extremists became extremists because of torture in the first place. The ideological master mind of Al-Qaeda was merely a student who visited the US, then came back to Egypt demanding Democracy, where the Egyptians would have the right to chose what system should govern them, and who should be their leader.

After such demand, with the help of West, the fascist dictators of Egypt torture this student until he basically turned insane. It was the CIA who advised the Egyptians to torture and showed them different torture techniques.

When you say, maybe they should water board him to find out, it is kinda too late, the torture has already been implemented throughout Egypt.

Funny isn't it, Osama bin Laden is from Saudi Arabia (the #1 worst fascist Western backed regime) and Al-Zawahiri is from Egypt (the #2 worst fascist Western backed regime).

All Muslims wanted was freedom, but obviously the West hates Muslim freedom. I mean why else would US orchestrate and implement a coup against a Democratically elected leader?

Wikileaks is quiet busy at the moment to publish cables about Egypt.

Yes it is very clear why obummo created his kill switch. Im not sure of what kind of gov egypt has but if america done it wouldnt it be unconstitutional preventing free speech. I think the signs as of late are pointing to all of this is orchestrated and something is going to happen soon. Im proud of Egypt for standing up and being heard.

I see this as a small scale of what larger governments have planned for similar events in North America. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a work in progress since the Wikileaks fiasco started. Egypt is just the first to enact the model in real time situation. the larger countries will tweak thier own plans based on the outcomes here. Can't act if you can't see, speak or hear. Scary!

It just said riot police have lost communication with their command. live stream for the past 10 minutes are just focusing on a bridge where nothing is going on. and going back and forth to news room and old footage. it must be getting bad and they dont want to show it.

They also mentioned that the rioters had over taken some of the riot police and taken their batons and shields from them. Also quickly mentioning that several riot vehicles had been set on fire, but no photos of it just telephone conference with a reporter.

There was video of one of the armored cars set on fire, so it definitely sounds realistic.

On a side note, two weeks ago it seems Egyptian Muslims made a human shield to protect Egyption Christians as they prayed in a church.

There are rumors on many twitter feeds that this morning Christians were planning to protect Muslims while they did their morning prayers. I can't find any sources or proof of this yet, but in an area where there is so much chaos, it is nice to see humanity shining through.

Looks like the Egyptian army is now on the streets.

They don't look like theyre running people off. Hmmm.

Wow, the protesters just covered a tear gas grenade with a dome, what a smart move. the gas cleared up in the air in 5 seconds.

I believe this is a microcosm of what we will see down the road. People all over are tired of the BS going on. Those in power don't even bother to hide their actions any longer and think they can force people to just go with the flow. Hopefully this shows them that is not always the case.
