Michael Jackson's doctor is expected to plead not quilty in court today.

torney Thomas Mesereau Jr., who represented Jackson in his child molestation trial six years ago, said of Murray: "I can't be objective in this
case. While I respect that defense lawyers have to do their job, I firmly believe he's guilty."
While I believe what occured was tragic, I do not think the doctor should be charged with murder. Michael Jackson was a grown man that made some
unfortunate decisions that lead him to his death. The doctor is disgustingly wrong for complying with Jackson's wishes, and I believe he should lose
his license for sure.
But there must be some responsibilty laid on Jackson as well. If you need a ventilator hooked up and running when you sleep then you are completely
aware that it may not be the best thing in the world.
I think he will be found guilty, though I have no clue what punishment might await him.
