There is a magnificent series of videos related to this. I've made a thread about them before and got hardly any response. They were made by a man who defected from the USSR and started telling the truth behind how the USSR got into countries and took them over through a process called demoralization. Please, please watch these.

That's part 1 of 9
Here's a lecture he gave. It's a playlist link. 7parts. Better than the first in my opinion.
www.youtube.com...

I can't tell you how important it is to take the time to watch these videos. I've watched them several times.

Funny how the goobers on the right seem to be the only ones with the time to make up these huge "conclusive" lists, isn't it? It's like they've got nothing better to do. Kinda sad.

Interesting...but you forgot to mention that Yuri died in 1997, and everything he talks about happened before the fall of the wall in Germany!!

Nice history, but definitely not proof the US is turning into a communist country...

Its not the right really, its corporatists putting together marketing campaigns to achieve a dickens dream.

The middle class is not normal. it historically has never been normal. It is however critical for society. The only way there can be a middle class is for government to control corporations to an extent, enable unions to form, demand minimum wage standards, have a progressive tax bracket, etc.

Corporate facists want to dismantle America and create a fascist corporatist haves and have nots system that happens when a fully ideal conservative agenda is achieved.

They take their plans and inch by inch create a environment where people (the middle and lower middle class) looks at strawman issues (omg, they are gonna take our guns...vote conservatives else the D's are going to be takin my pistol). The upper tier of society however knows the score and will vote for the conservative agenda, because they are the ones with the gold and will be given more golden gifts from the middle and poor of society as laws are enacted.

The final result will be lordship for a few, and poverty for the rest, begging for handouts.

A Christmas Carol is a good example. the normal man in the film had no health care, ate old stale crusts of bread, etc...meanwhile the elite controlled almost everything. unfettered and unhindered capitolism where the middle class simply didn't exist.
This is actually the norm in society when governments let corporate fascists run the works unhindered and deregulated.

This is the conservative agenda.

This is anti-american to the core.

Corporate facism - is working hand in glove with the KGB to create the New Serf Order - and it has little to do with conservatism - there are legions of russian defectors saying exactly the same thing - that Communism faked its own collapse for strategic deception reasons - the goals remain the same!

Vladimir Bukovsky the 63-year old former Soviet dissident, fears that the European Union is on its way to becoming another Soviet Union. In a speech he delivered in Brussels last week Mr Bukovsky called the EU a “monster” that must be destroyed, the sooner the better, before it develops into a fullfledged totalitarian state

''''''''''''''''''''''''
In his speech Mr Bukovsky referred to confidential documents from secret Soviet files which he was allowed to read in 1992. These documents confirm the existence of a “conspiracy” to turn the European Union into a socialist organization. I attended the meeting and taped the speech. A transcript, as well as the audio fragment (approx. 15 minutes) can be found below.

.....................Vladimir Bukovsky: I am referrring to structures, to certain ideologies being instilled, to the plans, the direction, the inevitable expansion, the obliteration of nations, which was the purpose of the Soviet Union. Most people do not understand this. They do not know it, but we do because we were raised in the Soviet Union where we had to study the Soviet ideology in school and at university. The ultimate purpose of the Soviet Union was to create a new historic entity, the Soviet people, all around the globe. The same is true in the EU today. They are trying to create a new people. They call this people “Europeans”, whatever that means.

This is hilarious...every single source you post is highly biased.

I mean "Brussels Journal - The conservative voice of Europe" is hardly unbiased

How about some unbiased sources for a change?

They call this people “Europeans”, whatever that means.

Wait, they call people living in Europe "Europeans"...really??? OUTRAGEOUS!!! I demand they stop right now

Seriously, please continue, I haven't laughed as hard on ATS in days...

I like history...so what you post is fine, because it's HISTORY and not current events. Some former Soviet people talking about plans that were in place before the fall of the wall in Germany doesn't mean it's happening now, especially in the complete absence of any proof that would allow you to claim communism is coming.

Facts matter

It has -everything- to do with conservatism.
Which side is pushing for deregulation over and over?
Which side has decided corporate interests can donate any amount of money anonymously to political partys?
Which side has had the SCOTUS declare corporations people?

You know full well corporatism and conservatism is practically the same damn thing. Look at facts. Look at today.

Facts matter - as in the FACT that there are dozens of ex Soviets telling us this was all planned, that the former soviet states are still controlled by the KGB - that the colour revolutions were all faked.

Take Golytsins long list of very specific predictions he made in his 1984 book 'New lies for Old' predictions that were based on debriefing interviews with the CIA in the seventies!

Golitsyn’s Specific Predictions from his 1984 book New Lies For Old. Pages 327-328: “The Communist strategists are now poised to enter into the final, offensive phase of the long-range policy, entailing a joint struggle for the complete triumph of Communism. Given the multiplicity of parties in power, the close links between them, and the opportunities they have had to broaden their bases and build up experienced cadres, the Communist strategists are equipped, in pursuing their policy, to engage in maneuvers and stratagems beyond the imagination of Marx or the practical reach of Lenin and unthinkable to Stalin. Among such…stratagems are the introduction of false liberalization in Eastern Europe and, probably, in the Soviet Union and the exhibition of spurious independence on the part of the regimes in Romania, Czechoslovakia and Poland.

www.freerepublic.com...

There are well over a hundred of these predictions 98% of them have come true!

Yes, that is why American democracy was designed to use the natural urges of man to create a system that integrated competition between competing entities and people to create a fair and practical system that is the most successful in the modern world (from a standpoint of individual human rights).

Communism is a theoretical ideal, that is why it will never work. This is in addition to the fact that it severely limits personal freedoms and doesn't allow for advancement within society. Additionally, every communist government has a single leader who is elevated above the rest of the society, which counteracts the entire system before it even begins.

The main deteriorating factor to American democracy at this point is that although the founding fathers went to such measures such as separating church and state (likely aimed at limiting the power of the far reaching catholic church in the new country), they did not fit multinational corporations into their equations.
For example, the concept of corporate personhood, which gives corporations rights such as the power to influence elections through paid advertising, first gained traction due to a case in the 1900's. This case stated that corporations must have rights for their own protection, however, because there was nothing in the constitution that specifically laid them out, they had to just assume that the word 'person' in the constitution must also be meant to include corporations.

The struggle since then (through a multitude of court cases over time) has been to decide, if because they are included under "persons:" in the constitution, which rights do they have and which rights do they not have.

A democracy's ability to function is based on its individual citizens being able to make their concerns realized through the governmental process.

When corporations have more political say (which it has been unanimously agreed through court cases that currency is a form of free speech) than individual people, the system naturally caters to the louder voice.

So in other words there's a whole lot things that have yet to happen before we need to worry. I'll save this handy list though and pass it down through the generations of my family so they'll have a heads up in case anything terrible happens as a result of world unity.

If your worst fears, fantasies and source of midnight sweats are realized they will be able to say they saw it coming.

That was in 1984!!!! Almost 30 years ago, and we see no signs of communism in the US...what the hell are you talking about?

Pressure could well grow for a solution of the German problem in which some form of confederation between East and West Germany would be combined with neutralization of the whole and a treaty of friendship with the Soviet Union

‘Liberalization’ in Eastern Europe would probably involve the return to power in Czechoslovakia of Dubcek and his associates. If it should be extended to East Germany, demolition of the Berlin Wall might even be contemplated…www.freerepublic.com...

You cannot pretend that someone telling the CIA in the seventies - that this was what the Soviets were planning is some sort of nonesense.

[exMarina Kalashnikova’s Warning to the West

........................www.financialsensearchive.com...
]Russia has built an alliance of dictators, what Kalashnikova calls an “alliance of the most unbridled forces and regimes.” Extremists of all kinds serve the purpose of breaking the peace, damaging Western economies, and setting the stage for a global revolution in which the balance of power shifts from the United States and the West to the Kremlin and its Chinese allies. “Among the ideas that animate general staff analysts in the Kremlin, there is the idea of diffusion,” says Kalashnikova, “It is not that the Kremlin should strive for territorial expansion and the dissemination of its [political] model. The critical thing is power and the fulcrum of an overall strategic context. In that case, even if the Americans appear influential in the post-Soviet countries, Moscow remains in charge. The [Russian] General Staff therefore has successfully expanded Moscow’s position beyond and above the old Soviet position in Africa and Latin America.” What prevails, she says, is Moscow’s “assertiveness and determination without fear of a reaction from the West.” In other words, the West has already been outmaneuvered. The KGB and the Russian General Staff have taken our measure, and they are laughing at us. Our leaders do not realize the sophistication of their enemy. They cannot see or understand what is happening. They blink, they turn away, continuing to use concepts gifted to them long ago by Soviet agents of influence. As a nation we are confused and disoriented, believing that the world is beholden to the West’s money power – and therefore, peace can be purchased.

Well, they got one thing right, power will eventually shift towards the east...but not because they promote communism. It's because corporations are sendings jobs off-shore, the US (and the West in general) not producing anything anymore at competitive prices, and because we deregulated the Western economy to the point where they were able to screw us all and cause a giant crisis...

If you're curious what's causing it all, and can just for a second put away your fear mongering...watch the following videos to learn why the West is slowly losing...

MONEY rules the world, and the money is leaving the west and moving towards the east...that's why they are doing better than us. And you know what's sad? It's our own damn fault! Jim Rogers is spot on with his analysis...

If you think politics really matter you're delusional, that's just something to entertain the masses...like the gladiator games in Rome. That distracts them enough (as is evident by your irrational fear of communism) so they don't see that in reality, corporations and money rule the world.

This is where the rubber hits the road for me too -

A whole of talk about free markets, but somehow it is all manifested by AUGMENTING business with regulation
or deregulation, or personhood, - Leave out a key component to a toilet and all you have is a funny looking punch bowl.

Somehow in this debate it is the left that is both pro corporate take over and bad for business -
Pro Communism and pro Capitalist Corporatism at the same time -

I mean we all know that communists intentionally and purposefully enrich private wealth as a matter of
ideology, while right wingers fight for the working man and keep corporations at bay

IT is everything you want it to be, there is a point where dishonesty is just dishonesty and maybe the point is to
defend fragile egos, or just win for the sake of an accent at the podium.

If these folks bathed in $hiz and fish guts for three months straight they would blame the world around them for the awful stench which is victimizing them endlessly.

From Norway here, and i can't avoud feeling attacked as being a socialist by reading your fear. Be angry at your parents and the private sector for using the american dream as an ecxuse to do whatever and call failure one step closer to win.

Usa is known for being best in the world in having pride in them selfes and their country. The things you think you can you suck at.

You had Enron an did NOTHIN. And then came Fun with Dick and Jane that should have inspired you but nooo! Cuz Jim Carrey in a dress is kinnda gay.

This is not socialism but survival. Your country is bankrupt and the reast of the world has been fearing or looking for this to happen for a while. Little did we know you would drag us down starting a global economical collaps.

The American dream... Really?

This New World Order is actually getting better as a possibility than the vision of the teabaggers in your country. What the fudge is up with your small respect for your president? Its not just him that is slow but a heavy complexed plotical structure that seems to be made so that it almost doesnt work.

Every westen country that is "poor" has some kind of a socialistic life. We call that a nice life that has is issues that also is a pain in the ass. But at least we can afford having therapy wich seems to be a thing for all of ya.

Your like that family with the credit car that just went crazy so they always would be the one with the fresh inventory and expensive lifestyle that is actually borrowed.

I Love America. Does not come clear up on top her but i really do. The comfy safe Neighbourhoods in New England, the great plains and the list is forever long. And your strong will to work together in need.

So i hope you get what you need to get close again. That was how the states got United the last time.

Sorry for the misspells
