Should more money should be put into programs like this?

The original program was like, they weeded out the troubbled/antisocial youth in schools (When signs were shown.)and seeded them with all sorts of good tools...to make them not antisocial. It's all about intervention.

You got a valid point but I think if you were to research it further you would find it is not brainwashing as much as it is love.
